4-5 days doesn't mean anything. She didn't find a new guy, see where it went and then come back to you in that short of a time period. It's still on, she probably never lost interest.

I dont know, this girl was texting me every day for the past few weeks. I guess she coulda been busy between work and school. Just weird to drop to zero contact, she has read receipts turned on so I know she saw my last message but never responded.

I guess I'll give her the benefit of the doubt if you think it's worthwhile. What is a good response for that? Last thing I want is her thinking I was waiting for her to text

Logically she can't fit another guy in, in that short a period of time. You have to remember most women can be very emo at times. She might have just felt down and retreated from the world for a few days, or been really obsessively caught up in something. Look more for overall patterns, such as if this happens again often.

More than a few times now I've gotten the exact wording "Sorry for the delay" in a text after a few days, from different women who don't know each other. It's almost like it's universally understood code for "you're not really high on my list" among women. Just a funny observation.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

yeah that's true IF it is a PATTERN. If it's the first time, or once in a blue moon and shes otherwise showing interest normally, it isn't time to ring the alarm bells just yet. Have to put it into context with the rest of her actions overall.

Well looks like you're right. Apparently she hasn't even been going to school, has some health issues I guess.

First a week is nothing, but without more info I'm going to guess what is happening.

Okay here is what I think.... She was coming off a long term relationship and had a re-bound guy before she meet and dated you. The rebound guy wanted to move too fast and got clingy, and she dumped him... but he stalked her for awhile. She got a little spooked, nothing you did, but she was fearful you were going to be the same.... Then something did happen, sick... accident in her family, some BS having nothing to do with you...

You didn't blow up her phone or chase her, she likes that and is reaching out. Make a date and go from there. You proved that nothing she does effects you... you did good.

WTF???

If you've got high interest in a woman, you're not going to drop her for a week for no reason at all unless you've been preoccupied with another woman.

Your assumption is likely correct. She had high hopes in hooking up with another dude. He either rejected her, or turned out to be a wimpy bytch.

You can play this either way. You can either continue trying to fvck her, or drop her ass. That one's entirely your choice. If you want to keep trying to fvck her, then continue on as if nothing happened, just like she's trying to do.

yes, yes I will. It was a few days, not several WEEKS. One of a million important things could have come up. Girls when very upset also will go out of their way to avoid the guy they have a crush on, afraid to make a bad impression when they are not at their best.

Why do people here assume that the only thing that could be going on in a woman's life is getting f&cked by a new guy?

If she's as ugly as a dog's arse, then you won't have to worry about that.

Women will have multiple interests going on at once. She's not looking to get fvcked by a new guy, she's looking to have her emotions rocked. The guy who gives her more of an emotional rush is the one she's going to take primary interest in.

Seriously, especially when its the first time and for a few days. Sometimes I fear sites like this just make new guys paranoid of every little thing. There's no calibration or common sense used, leading to vast overreactions.

Random PUA:
"Oh snap, this girl has been super into me and done everything correctly, but now she suggested Chinese when I asked her out to Italian for dinner! She's stealing FRAME CONTROL! NEXT HER!!!"

You cannot use male common sense to judge female actions. Men use male common sense. We do things that seem logical. Her being sick sounds logical. Her being busy at work sounds logical. But this is a WOMAN. A woman won't do things that align with a man's common sense. Here's an example...

Objective: Replacing bathroom towels
Logical Problem Solving: Go to the mall, go to "Towel Land" and buy a set of towels.

Man: Goes to mall, goes to "Towel Land", buys towels, leaves the mall, goes home.

Woman: Goes to mall...

Oh look! Cute shoes! I need to look at them!
Spends 45 minutes trying on shoes, buys two pairs.
OMG! Claire's Jewellery! I could use some new earrings!
Spends 40 minutes looking at jewellery, hair elastics, and other useless 5hit. Buys one pair of earrings.
Runs into friend at the mall
I'm here buying towels! We should go get some lunch!
Spends 1 hour 45 mins eating and talking with her friend.
Goes to "Towel Land" 15 minutes before it closes, buys towels.

Women will take whatever is tickling their emotions at the moment before carrying out what they wanted to logically do.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

This isn't a guessing game.

The point isn't what she did (or didn't do). The point is that she's unreliable.

That would be my takeaway (with the exception of her having some sort of serious injury).
And from what her friend told me that is the case. Said that she got a voicemail about it saying she has only talked to her parents and the doctor the last few days.

All that is valid, but I meant men using common sense. "If it's been 4-5 days and is the 1st time, is that realistically enough time to meet a new guy, get into him and then fall out of interest and back to the original, or is it way more likely that its just something". I'm not asking him to expect her to do things that are common sense, but to use his own logic when it comes to deciding what to do and adjusting calibration.
