that 30 grams crap is just that, crap
you have to at the VERY least, take in size/weight consideration, and probably age also. a 35 year old will probably have a harder time taking in protein than a 24 year old, and someonne who weighs 150 pounds will not be able to take in as much as someone who weighs 180 pounds. 30 grams of protein theory fails.
