How far up do you go on partial chin ups? I hate that stage on normal chin ups where you just hang there, half up, half down, not able to lift yourself anymore.

Hey simon, I go about bar to my nose and down to where my nose is aligned with my elbows. It's a biceps exercise mainly. Instead of partial close grip chin downs.

Todays workout

Skull crushers 6x40 kg New record

Dips 9x20 kg New record (focused on going slowly and deeply)
Dips 5x22.5 kg New record
Dips 3or4x22.5 kg

Now howabout that double :p

Deadlifts 5x125 kg (grip failed) New Record
Deadlifts 6x125 kg (grip failed) New Record
Deadlifts 4x125 kg (farted and the grip failed :down: )

7 Pull ups (all the way down slowly and all the way up but no rest on the bottom) New Record
5 chin ups

T-bar rows 7x60 kg New Record

Good mornings 8x85 kg

Squats 20x85 kg

I was pretty disoriented today.. checked out different exercises. I'm definatly gonna go with pull-ups instead of rows.

why has your grip failed??you are so good in staticholds??good work with the deads anyway


you know that upping the rows helps upping your bench way more then pullups?

wahhhh at least some new records it cant be that bad. but i understand you only care about the bench press and arms.

BTW I have a story to tell


the night began pretty boring, no one showed up on time and half of the people were suppossed not to drink.

Well, we were a cool bunch of four people who started things up with some drinking songs and a 6er shot of vodka down the throat.

Then of course stuff began to happen. we had some group singing and then kareoke... my shy friend began with singing gumbi bears or what they're called. Then my two mates and I started with down under and brave sir robin with a twist of "we are the world" and Sly and the familty stone Play that funky music.

Everyone was happy drunk and funny so we had some more drinking songs and drank up and went to watch the fireworks in the city. On the way there we took some shots from our bottles of vodka and then my friend threw the bottle through a window.

We watched the fireworks start and it was beautiful... we congratulated, clapped our hands and aahh and ooooohhed alot. Then I ran away and hid the vodka.

Now stuff really began to pick up. My friends and I went to a carousel called joyride. After one of my friends jumped up on a car and down we stood in line and there were some dudes who got ahead in line... my friend and I were pissed so we agreed we should pick a fight... my friend hit one in the back and he turned around. We started to accuse them of getting ahead in line and stuff like that. Just when the fun began my friend hugged one of them because he had a "hug me" T-shirt.

Anyway.. we went in the carousel and sang very loud while I was squished to the side very hard.. felt like a bone were about to pop.

After the ride I tossed some balls at some cans and won a foot. Then we went and got the vodka and drank some more while we walked around. I picked up a girl and got her number* Then we had a group drinking and emptied the bottles and went to another ride. He was from romania so we talked about dracula with him and he was cool. We got like double the ordinary time in the ride because he seemed to like us. While we rode we sang alot... or rather screamed songs...

After the ride I won another foot and approached a chich who had a boyfriend. About five minutes later I picked up another.

I walked towards the girl with my newly won foot and told the girl my foot liked her so I had to talk to her. But I said I was in a hurry so it would be cool if I could get her number and call her up and go do something. Got her number within one minute**

Then not so much stuff happened. we sang some more and I talked to a policeman with a batoon. Ohh.. some girls approached me and it was pretty fun... got her number too.

* She was almost estatic when I called today... definitly will have a good time with that girl

** I think it's 50/50 with this girl. I got the approval from her friends because they walked away a little distance and left her alone when I talked to her. So I have some chance.

The third girl I'm meeting up with at some time... don't know nothing yet..

fun evening though. When I came home I cleaned my toilet.

Thanks dude! =) Yeah it's a big goal but I think I can make it, the weights just flew up yesterday, I know I have a 5x130+ in me at the moment.
My friends are the ****... great people to party with. They do however don't like that I hit on women so blatantly haha ;)
