I've read that IFBB elite bodybuilder Victor Martinez (270 lbs. in the offseason) performs dozens of pulls...slow pulls, too.
When he's not leading all catchers in HRs, that is... :p

Here is a new pic.

I'm pretty tan, haven't lifted since Noon,it's now 9p.m. I'm trying HARD to develop my outer chest.

*Edit
Sorry about the lighting,a darn light bulb was out in my room, here is a revision.

http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l13/blinkwatt/CopyofPICT0920.jpg

The lady at the gym who checked my bodyfat said the calipers read 7.5-8%(they have a 1-2% margin of error) but she thinks it's wrong. The calipers don't take into account height, which she thinks if it did I would be in the 6% but none-the-less I'm gonna stay on track.

I decided that I'm losing bodyfat too fast, even without cardio. To slow down how fast I'm losing bodyfat I started putting my tuna into 2 small corn tortillas for lunch at work.

Feel free to critique.

The after pic is me about a year ago. I am 5'9, 175 lbs ish.BF is my biggest concern. I can't stop myself from eating cookies and cakes and chocolates etc. But ofcourse I must add that my goal was just strength and to get big, not ripped , so I wasn't too concerned about BF. If there was a magic pill to reduce it sure why the heck not! But there isn't so its ok.

Before:

After 1.5ish months:

And now I stopped working out.

it depends what you're looking for, no one can tell you that.
If it was my body id just keep trying to get bigger, maybe i'd focus a bit on the forearms.
But u already know you look good.

Good stuff fellas. I see what your saying about the outside chest region. I've been working on that alot, flys of all sorts and I started doing dips. Yes Espi,I start with 35lb. dumbbells and work up to 45lbs.,but I'm not too big of a fan on dumbbell flys and do them once a month at most now. I prefer to stick to cable or machine flys. It's slowly but surely paying off.

The thing with my chest is that I don't want it to be thick,I want it flat and side. Think underwear model,NOT bodybuilding. Like so;

Thanks.

You resemble the model...notice that his lats and shoulders are wider, though. :D
Yeah I will have to take a similar pic to really the compare the two. My pic was at too much on an angle.

Thanks for the input Espi.

how much do you weigh and how tall are you?

you definitely need some more mass on your frame. Sure you got some abs... but those are only good for the beach in the summer time. I bet you look just average in a t-shirt. You have any t-shirt pics? Otherwise, everything is proportioned and you look great

5 8",139lbs @ 7.5%ish bodyfat.

Yep,that's pretty much all they do. I don't even like my abs that much to be honest,I'm trying anything and everything to get them to be flat.

I bet you look just average in a t-shirt.

Yeah pretty much,I don't wear tight shirts or anything like that.

You have any t-shirt pics?

Yeah they are on my Facebook,it was linked on here awhile back.

Otherwise, everything is proportioned and you look great

Thanks.

I appreciate your time and input.
