I bet you have all kinds of room for growth here with the proper training and eating habits. Just no reason for you to weight that little, and I don't care how high your metabolism is.

Not seeing how tall you are in your posts though? I don't care if you are 5 feet tall, you gotta get going on the weight gaining program, and you have to hit it hard. There is just no reason I can see for her to weigh more than you. Not now not ever. So for you to be where you are weight wise? Lets go son! Congrats on your move up to 108 though, next goal should be 115 and then on from there.

I recently started P90 X to lean up, and am around 204 pds, down from 214. So I was double what you were. :eek: While I am big, I am only just short of 6 feet tall, so I am not a monster by any stretch. I would think that a good, year end goal for you would be a 135 or so.

Yep, which brings to mind the worst rejection I got from a girl. "You weigh lighter than me, I can't date you cos you make me feel fat.' That was the worst rejection I got ever. Trying to hit 130lbs range by the end of the year. Its my holiday break now so I can set up a solid eating plan. Once school starts my eating routine will be fcked up by the curriculum (as usual) and i see challenges ahead in bulking up during that phase, prolly won't be able to keep up that eat every 2 hours thing again.

I got wasted at a impromptu sausagefest, other than that theres nothing much. Went gym in the morning.

Squats 3x5 94lbs
Standing military press 3x5 50lbs
Bent barbell rows 3x5 54lbs (focusing on form first)

I did a self reflection of myself today, here's my progress on my goals:

Working Out: Going every alternate day, keeping the discipline

Grades: My video game addiction has impaired my discipline to study to keep my grades up

Meeting Quality Women: 0%, I need to get other parts of my life sorted out first

Kicking the VG addiction: As of today, I deleted my games off my PC, gonna get my dad to safekeep the discs somewhere so I can't install em again. Considering selling off my xbox as well.

Improving my game: I don't know why but I don't want this bad enough.. I have never felt the urge to go approach a girl or something, even when I go out.

Fencing: Figured I will always be a mediocre one at that and now I just fence for fun. Time to face up to the harsh reality.

There's nothing wrong with xbox. Just do it in moderation. I have a Xbox and a big tv but I rarely use it. Mostly once per two days for like a 20 minute game of NBA 2k. I really only use the xbox when I'm trying to lay a girl. Just watch a movie on the Netflix.

School starts again and with a bang! I had a economics exam today and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do well in it. Over the break I've been working out and kicking my habit of video games. Now I'm totally off video games for 2 weeks, still going strong. My weight is still hovering around 107lbs, still have a long way to go but 7lbs in 1 month isn't bad. Have to study for chemistry test tomorrow, later guys.

Hi guys its been a long time since I updated this journal. I've come a long way since I started this journal, I'm gonna list down some details about my progress and hopefully help some people to stay motivated towards their goals.

1. I weigh 117lbs right now. My squats and deadlifts have gone up a total of 100+lbs in a matter of 4 months.

2. I just got back my prelimnary results B C C D U. (U = fail). Ah well I have alot of work to do, I'm confident I can score my As with the amount of effort I have been putting over the past weeks.

3. I am no longer the same person I was a few months ago. I can easily establish a convo with anyone if I feel like it. I feel so much more confident about myself. Little shakes my inner game.

Will update this journal in a few months time till my finals are over. Then it's game on with girls!
