I'm going to start a cutting routine. Current stats:

Age: 16
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 148 lbs
%BF: ???

Goals:

Height: 6'0"
Weight: 155 lbs
%BF: 10%

Ok so what I will do is start a 2 month cutting phase and that should get me down to 140 lbs with low enough body fat. Then the bulking begins. I will keep lifting moderately when I am cutting so I retain as much muscle mass as I can. I figured going public with this will help me due to peer pressure and stuff. BB.com was too serious about this and they people are like, "oh you should lift more" and stuff, but I do not want to turn out like them with veins popping out. This is my plan and I made it for the results I want. I will post the cutting schedule later.

Hey you won't just suddenly get 18" arms and 6 % body fat. Body building takes time. If you go in fully then you'll reach your goals a little faster, that's it. You won't get all big and veiny just like that.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Actually you might want to eat a couple off more (smaller) meals, it will make your metabolism faster. I like your diet btw ;)

Yeah see if you can't sqeeze two more meals in there and make 'em all smaller... it will really help the metabolism.

You're also gonna want to actually count those calories and figure out how much protein, carbs, and fat your really getting. For cutting i'd probably follow a 40/30/30 ratio (protein/carbs/fat). You ought to think about supplimenting with flax seed oil too. Its basically the best kind of fat you can put in your body. Lots of people think they need to drop all fat to lose fat... not the case IF your eating the right kind, like the above.

...but I do not want to turn out like them with veins popping out.
yeah that doesn't happen overnight... you have to be truely dedicated to get those results and that takes serious time and patience

good luck!

Sea urchin is for my finger that got bruised badly, but I ate a lot. It tasted like noodles. Thanks for the calorie reminders Double, harwell, and Lifeforce. My hand is messed up so I will try to get them in soon. Also, school has been busy so I'm going to try to spend like 30 minutes each Friday doing it and gradually make it 10 minutes per day entering calorie info...probably during my lunch period.

I pooped 1 time today.

I'm lacking on the left side strengthwise on my body, so I can use this time to even it up a little instead of being a little sissy and just doing abs exercises and running.
