Hi! It's very common to hear about how to keep the frame with women.

Has anyone ever wondered how to keep it with men?
Are you usually kinder and more understanding with other men, compared to women?

Pretty simple, your frame is about you, not them. Your boundaries, your goals, your values. It's not a pose. It's 100% authentic you. Obviously there is always room for compromise or change. But that all falls into your frame too. So obviously yes care about that, but don't be worried about everyone else or how you're perceived.

Frame is not something you have to keep, its just who you are. There nothing to keep, if you think you have to keep frame, then you don't have anything.

Ex: if you and I are talking, you light up a weed joint, you pass it to me and I say "Nah I'm good", that's my frame, that's who I am, there is nothing to hold cause that's part of me, no matter what you do or what you say, I just don't smoke weed.

This is basically being "close-minded" with your thoughts.
What I call close-minded is a IDGAF attitude.

But I also think that if something interest us, we should enter that frame?

Everytime you enter a frame, you should ask yourself, how does this benefit me?

If you have money and you talk on how yo get more money, I will enter your frame cause that will benefit me, frame is not ego, ego is $tupid and prevents people from getting what they want in life.

I don't see it that way exactly. Definitely be open minded. Don't cling to identities. For instance if you tell yourself "I'm just not a public speaker" then chances are you won't be. So you have to disabuse yourself of such a notion to change. And then yes, you go into it.

"Frame" is simply accepting yourself 100% in whatever moment. Always reserve the right to change, learn, grow, and be humbled.
