Excellent, keep it up mate.

You still doing weights?
Not so much. Which is why I'm going to get the squat rack in the next couple of weeks when it goes on sale.

Excellent, make sure and get some more weights so it is more than 200lbs.

It is more crucial at this stage to do weights, fat loss will be getting harder and you want to maintain as much muscle as possible. I think you knew that already though.

Keep it up. Blood work getting better? Or have you not been back...

I can't keep doing nothing at home so I've grabbed Mrs. K, Li'l K, My Dad and drug them to the new YMCA just built up the road from us.

All new equipment and I can get Mrs. K back on track. My Dad is living with us now so he can get back into working out.

All in all this is the best thing for all of us. And I don't have to worry about all of the muscleheads who take up the squat rack and stare at themselves all day.

Get in, do my sh!t, get out.

You had any more blood work done? How much better are you feeling? What happened to the home gym?

Keep it up.

My next appointment is in June so I'll update my tests then.

The home gym wasn't working long term.

How did you manage to drop 30+ lbs and how long did it take you?
Dedication and perseverence brother.

Those are the two mystical secrets.

You have to want to change. The change will not happen overnight so don't fvck yourself into believing you'll rub a magic lamp and shed 30 lbs in a week. Make yourself a realistic goal. Get smart about what you put inside of you and then move your ass!

I'll help you with a meal plan and workout routine if you want.

Do yourself a favor and be honest about your dedication to the process. It will pay off dividends if you keep focused on your vision.

I'm living proof.

I've allowed complacency to infiltrate my goal. My Dad is going through some serious health issues and he's now living with us.

This is no excuse whatsoever. I hold myself completely accountable for slacking but I do have to make sure he's in good health.

I'll be back on track soon enough Brother.
