Whats up guys, how have you been doing ?

I have sensed that my academic career is killing me. Exams, presentations, projects. Almost every day. This is sucking all the energy off me and i feel like this is dividing me from my purpose as a MAN. So this week, its going to be the Testosterone Week. Im expecting to do some things to naturally raise my T-Levels and then, have a blast weekend.

Everyone has their own ways of boosting their T-Levels (and we would appreciate if you would share them with us!) but im posting mine, the ones that i plan to do during the next week. So, here we go with the list:
  • Hardcore workout routine. Tough exercises
  • No alcohol
  • No masturbation
  • Sleep at least 8 hours
  • Approach at least 5 girls with the purpose of fucking them
  • No smoking at all
  • Eat animal proteins
  • No soy products
  • As much sex as i can
  • Action, High adrenaline activities
I feel that this is what i need after all this fatigue.
Im sure that many of you, as myself, need a week that will increase your T-Levels and bring you back to your manly core.

So if you join me, good luck and i hope that this week will continue forever.

Peace, DTP.

I'm starting to become aware of negative comments about soy products. What is the problem with them?

Soy raises estrogen levels (female hormone) and decreases

Effects on Men
# Isoflavones are very similar to the hormone estrogen, which is not found in large amounts in men. When large amounts of soy are ingested it may affect testosterone levels. When testosterone levels are lowered, there are many adverse effects on men. This can include weight gain, lower sperm count, lack of sex drive, and erectile problems. Testosterone levels in men lower after the age of 30 naturally. Adding large amounts of soy to a man's diet may not assist with maintaining healthy testosterone levels.

The only downside with testostorone is the lack of concentration and acedemic performance.

The only things on this list I may not agree with are with masturbation (which hasn't been shown to decrease testosterone if its done in excess) and with soy products (data is inconclusive on this/soy has many benefits).

Not masturbating isn't for the testosterone per se, but to jack up your sex drive, which it definitely does.

Don't forget your T nutrition. Avocado, nuts, bananas, zinc and magnesium tablets etc. You can't crate testosterone without the right nutrition.

Thanks.
Lets call everyone out to contribute and share their ways of boosting t-levels.
Lets help each other on how to become more of a MANNNNNNNN that we currently are. The modern lifestyle, chemicals and technology is killing our manliness each day. Lets keep it how it should be.

Wait, you're saying that masturbation increases your sex drive ?
No no no! Serg897 said that he didn't think that not masturbating had any influence on raising testosterone, and I said that it wasn't on the list to increase testosterone levels, it was to increase sex drive.

Make sense now?

Hey, cool idea, but i would suggest doing this at least a month. A lot of this stuff won't have too much of an effect except in a placebo way unless you sustain it for longer periods of time.

I would also put RUNNING into the list.
Athlete= better sex.
Well, I was about to say you can add some HITT to this regime.

HITT (i believe i read) is better as boasting your testosterone than regular running. - - - I do both, but mostly do regular running... But strictly for the purpose of test boasting - HITT may be better, and far less time consuming.

What is HITT? 6-10 minutes of REALLY intense cardio.
Basically, you run as hard as you can for a small amount of time, than jog slowly to regain your breath for a time equal to double the time you ran hard (or more).

So you might run ALL out for 30 seconds...
Jog slowly for a minute
Go all out for 30 seconds
Jog slowly for a minute
Go all out for 30 seconds
Jog slowly for a minute
Go all out for 30 seconds
Jog slowly for a minute
Then i end my HITT by doing 1+ minute of ALL OUT running until i feel like im going to collapse.

Whatever you do - keep it under 20 minutes though! I forget what chemical - but some kind of chemical comes out at 20 minutes which is not good for the test/muscle building. Oh it's Cortisol which is another hormone that is produced by the same gland that produces testosterone! I think you can see how you don't want it doing much of that....

Reducing Cortisol output = good for testosterone.

---

Broccoli in large amounts may reduce Cortisol.

---

Cortisol is released by the body when you are STRESSED! So - relax more.

---

I take a Test booster that you can buy at GNC called "Tapout: Sprawl!"

IT's overpriced for what it has in it, but i just like taking one pill, so i pay the double price for it.

Tribulus
Eurycoma Longifolia
Zinc
Magnesium

are all in each pill. and you only have to take 2 a day (a lot of the other ones - you have to take like 8 of!)

---

The last thing i'll add is - when you lift - it should be HEAVY. REALLY HEAVY. And low reps (3-6).

Decabolin and Winstrol. Works like a charm.

In all seriousness, I thinking eating right, taking a multi-vitamin and working out 3-4 times a week will do. They also say watching porn increases your T levels but I'm not a big fan of that.

I started with only one thing this week. Quitting smoking. That's my major challenge. I'll start with a full T boosting week next week. But I knew I had to make this first and hardest hurdle or none of the others will ever happen.

Working out every other day + no MB + good sleep = me becoming a beast

BTW, does anyone know the effects of caffeine on testosterone? I tend to drink coffee quite a lot and didn't know if this would have a positive/negative/no effect on T levels.

Oh and don't smoke weed either. Fvcks you up in the long run.
