I read a diet plan to boost T-levels so i took a few notes from it to help raise mine a bit. Seemed to have a lot of good resources to make it legit, and followed what a lot of other things Ive heard on this subject.
-Try and eat 18x-20x your body weight in calories.
(for example 160lbs=2880 calories)
-Try and have 30% of those calories come from fat (2880 x 0.3=864 calories)
-Keep a 2:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio
-1g protein per 1lb body weight
*Make sure your eating enough food through out the day
*Animal protein > plant protein
I'm still in highschool so its extremely hard to keep a strict diet, since i don't have complete control on the food in my house, so when I'm eating i just try and keep a 2:1 carb-protein ratio, and remember to eat atleast a handful of almonds or pistachios a day.
**Monosaturated fats are awesome for testosterone production (Nuts)
