For people who are struggling with life or mental attitude or whatever else on a daily basis, I truly believe it all starts with your mental attitude right when you wake up.

What are you telling yourself as you get ready for your day? The vast majority of people who are successful and doing things and going places with their life are speaking positively to themselves and view obstacles as opportunities to overcome and look forward to them. The ones who aren't likely are talking to themselves negatively and view obstacles as things to ruin their day.

It seems silly but if you are a person who gives yourself negative self talk or things might not be going the way you want them to, try creating a positive affirmation you say to yourself for 5 or 10 minutes out loud over and over again as you are getting ready for the day.

It works...if only for the fact that whatever you tell yourself repeatedly and with conviction, your brain will believe and then act on. Over the course of a month you will likely notice some pretty significant changes, even if it's one day you realize x is now happening or y is not happening and don't
even know why it is or isn't.

Heard a song on the radio today that honestly I think would make a pretty great affirmation to use if you can't come up with something yourself...pretty much embodies the mindset I have everyday when I wake up...

"I'm unstoppable...
I'm a Porsche with no brakes...
I'm invincible...
Yeah, I win every single game...
I'm so powerful...
I don't need batteries to play...
I'm so confident...
Yeah, I'm unstoppable today...
Unstoppable today...
Unstoppable today...
Unstoppable today...
I'm unstoppable today..."

Just create a loop of that and put it on repeat for 10 minutes when you are getting ready every day for a month and I think you'll see some positive changes in your life.

I sent out a IG story to which alot of people, surprisingly altoof women responded to .. which detailed the same thing but included planning your day out to go how you want it to go and how the mood you wake up in and the thoughts you have first thing in the morning will kind of dictate how your entire day will go.

Good post.

I would say though instead of affirmations, have more of a self pep talk or a prayer instead/plan out your day and what you want to happen and what you wnat to avoid, how you want to feel, things u want to get done, etc. Save the affirmations for before you fall asleep/while in bed.. as they are more effectively going to surpass the conscious brain barrier into the subconcious at that time.

Affirmations also work better when you can "feel" great too to empower them..ie :you're having a good day, thts when u hit those affirmations to create that association --thats when your brain starts believing them. If you just say it but you just woke up and you'rre groggy and not in the best mood, its not going to be very effective..

Certainly being in a negative loop in your own mind is highly destructive. But just having a false sense of superiority is also bad and will immediately turn others off to you.

I think "fake it until you make it" is certainly acceptable in certain situations (women for instance). It doesn't work in other situations (job). When it comes to your value as a human being, the only way you truly will be confident in yourself is to be good at what you do. Job, women, money, etc. It applies to everything. The cream always rises to the top as they say. If you have talent (value that you have acquired through hard work in any walk of life), you will get noticed -- by women, by employers, etc.

Win the mornings and you win the day.

I’ve done this before when I was younger. It absolutely changed my life, and it even changed that it shouldn’t have, things that cannot be changed based on action alone. People say it’s just your perception but I don’t believe that. Other people took notice. One of them said to me that I had/was the exact same positive affirmation I’d been telling myself for over 2 years at that point.

It’s actually old school wisdom too. That’s why Pook’s motto was always “As you you think, you shall become”. Da dynamically/stormrider talked about the same thing. All these varying dynamics at play aren’t actions you take, they’re a lifestyle you live. Picking up women isn’t a thing you do, it’s a state of being. And that’s how you know you’ve reached the end of game—it’s when you realize there is no game, and there is no end. It simply is.

Eh, some people are more productive (and creative) at night. For a lot of people how things end is as, or more important than how things start.

I wake up every day full of energy. Eveb when I'm short on sleep.,imma catch up on it the next day. I am actually grateful for the things I have accomplished so far, and the thought of improving further strengthens my will and drive.

The problem is most men have COMPLETELY wrong motivation. They want women to be happy, but fail to realize that once they have one they would have to work even harder. You are what you build. You cant be "that dude" only when she's around. You have to be that dude 24/7 ,when they come around you just be yourself instead of an actor playing a character!!

Just saw a video( found it!!)
about how men are stopped working and trying to progress in general. Because they want the reward before the hard work. I aimed too high in life, and believed that getting rich was my destination . But never did I gave up on myself!!

Some men I grew up with, and spend countless hours of philosophic conversations with, yet they fell of BADLY.
Kept doing drugs, weed, drinking getting fat having debts, gaming, living in mommas basement, not knowing how to cook, clean, wash and iron clothes, clean their bathroom decorate their cribs ect. Told y'all some of them went for the ugly passport bro route, simply because they feel inferior to date local women. We about to enter the 40 league and most of my "friends" completely lost their minds. Now they about to yet again start impossible relationships that are destined to fail. Perhaps some of them are mad at me because I've always been "lucky with the ladies" to some degree. Now,while I dgaf about these h0es anymore they all went beserk and basically put ALL their chips in women...on women!!

My biggest weakness was my personal financial situation. Now its finally settling down.

every day when i wake up I
- pray and say I'm grateful
- i exercise
- i eat well
- i read some sosauve/sport news
- i make sure I am working on my side hustles
- i make sure my daughter has something and someone to fall back on. Its not just for myself.

Its Monday. What's the difference between me and you?? I LOVE the start of my week!! Another week full of new skills, knowledge and ywah I grow financially!!

Lets get it!!!

Added to my ever expanding list of morning songs. Ofcourse The difference from Dre is up their too...

Thanks for this one bro!!!!
Too many people wake up standing in the middle of the road waiting for life to come at them like this:

Instead of taking the day by the balls like this:

MFeckers cant stand that i wake up fully energized EVERY DAMN DAY! 5 oclock in da monin'...no pathetic boohoo sob stories. Nope. Burpees push ups almost like a BBq ..its like a party every morning here    :)

I've had enough women. Lost the ones i loved dearly due to waiting gor her to enter my life before i was willing to put in the work (aka SHE was more important to me than I was to myself!!).

Now I am going at life and work like i own this shyte. Its MY company. Its MY craft. Already getting some hate from a coworker due to my positive spirit, because he can smell the ambition in me and he does wake up depressed every day hahaha.

Not me. Nope. Thanks for posting this brother!!!!

Can barely stand listening to this smug retired out-of-touch baby boomer talking about unemployed men TODAY.

The truth is the USA now has around 60,000,000 Illegal Aliens here taking jobs Americans once used to do for a FAIR WAGE.

Also when that smug baby boomer was the same age, females were around 25% of our workforce. Today females take 60% of the jobs.

Then add in Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity and Diversity Exclusion and Inclusion. These all systemically exclude the unemployed men this smug baby boomer is speaking of.

Funnily enough most comments are similar to yours.

I find it interesting, that a boomer says he heard from a friend that his son has a friend ect and thus found out about redpill ideology and this issue with men refusing to work.

I miss men taking accountability. Everyone points the finger but nobody takes responsibility.

I still think in this and age there are plenty of opportunities for a man who wants to grind.

I have read some of his stuff. Can you explain more of the context in which he brought this up?

Can't help losers...they are simply going to be losers no matter how many jobs there are out there.

Life is tragic. You are tiny and flawed and ignorant and weak and everything else is huge, complex and overwhelming.
