Dude, I'm trying. I workout, I diet, I've been sticking to it and I'm slowly seeing results. When I get the money I'll get laser surgery for my eyes. But I can't shake the feeling that this is something chicks don't like. Maybe a select group of women like it, I haven't met them. I'm not making excuses but this **** svcks, I don't care what you say I know that you hate it too! If you had the choice of being bald vs having hair what would you choose?

P.S. Half of this is just me venting, so don't think I'm some do-nothing whiner. In the end all I can do is work with what life gave me. For now I'm still pissed about it.

You say it as if you must find the three women in world that are SPECIFICALLY attracted to it or you got no shot. It doesn't work like that.

There are a few women who DON'T like it to the point they wouldn't consider dating you. There are a few that LOVE it. Then there's the rest of the umpteen millions that would give you a shot if your self consciousness didn't show through.

Get rid of the self consciousness and you'll be fine.

Hair does matter to an extent. I think the only way you can change is by shaving it all off. Being bald in a way can be a signal of weakness if you allow it to be. I think you should shave it which can turn it into a masculine hairdo. Its what I have and I'm still alive so its not bad.

I think that having the shaved head was one of the best haircuts. You asked if having hair is better but to me, I like my haircut. My hair is pretty thin but very soft. My haircuts at first looked really bad because it looked like I was bald already. I like the shaved head.

To me, it seems like you are making excuses for not being able to pick up women. Do women care? Probably not. However your blatant insecurity about your hair has made me think that you're letting it be too big of a problem than it actually is. Get it shaved and shut up. As for glasses, I got them. I don't like them but I hate putting things into my eyes so contacts is almost not even an option. I'm not sure what to do about that though.

baldness solution for some

I solved my baldness problem by shaving my head. I shave it with an electric razor after showering and I then apply a moisturizer with a sunscreen. I look much better completely bald than I would by having visibly-receding hair. Not all guys can have a bald look, however. It all depends on how your head is shaped and how your face looks when your head is completely shaved. If you don't think a completely bald head is for you, anybody with receding hair looks better with nicely-trimmed hair, the shorter the better. Look at Captain Piccard or the various characters from LA Law who look good in their different stages of baldheadedness.

Plus both of those treatments cost a LOT of money - about $80 a month which to me is expensive considering if you ever stop using those drugs you will lose any hair you regrew with it. That's more than $800 a year just for a few extra hairs on my head, which hardly seems worth it.
Actually, you don't need to spend anywhere near $80 a month on Rogaine. Minoxydil, the generic equivalent to Rogaine, is available in double strength from CVS in three packs that price out to under $14 a month.

I don't know if it'll work for you, but double strength minoxydil has been the only treatment that has helped me. I have tendency to lose hair at the crown, but it has had some effect on the sides as well, so you never know. You may want to give it a try.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

You may want to try the double strength minoxydil, it might work there.
