Everything in society revolves around money

- You need an income to afford an apartment or house, and even if all you are doing is renting, in the eyes of other people, the place is yours, since they don't know if you own it or not. Most people will not ask private financial matters also.
- You need money to afford a vehicle; you need money for gas, repairs, insurance, tags, proper credit, etc.
- You need money to have a girlfriend. No woman would like to be with a man who is broke. You need at least some form of income, so you can take her out, do stuff, enjoy life and show that you have your act together.
- You need money to have a wife. Weddings are expensive, and your financial situation plays a huge role if a woman decides to marry you or not.
- You need money to have children. You may not need money to impregnate a woman, but you need an income to take care of your kids. You need money to form and maintain the family. You are considered the pillar of the family. You are expected to provide. If you can't provide child support, you are sent to prison.
- You need money to make more money. You need money (get in debt) for education. You need money to start a business.

Your value as a man is determined by a house, car, education, and family. Not surprisingly and very conveniently, they are the ones that require the most money to obtain.

A woman can be without a car, income, job, house, and as long as she is attractive, most men will still date/support her. If you are an attractive man, you are still required to meet the same requirements that society has for average men, and if anything, the expectations are much higher for you, because of yours looks.

This is why so many people, especially men, suck up to their boss, swallow their pride and do anything they can, which is better than not making any money and being considered a complete loser at life. If you manage to meet or not, the expectations that society has for you, is 100% dependent on your employment, your whole life, and future as a man is in your boss hands.

Managing your finances is a lot like women. Options = power & freedom. How many guys settle for the first 'stable' job they have and then quit applying at other places? How many guys allow themselves to become dependent on one primary source of income instead of investing? You like working for other people (most men really want to be owned--by their wife, by their job, by societal standards). Admit it.

But you're making that choice. Quit being a victim.

You don't need money to get a girlfriend(s). Girls will actually **** you quicker and make far less demands on you if you don't fall into their boyfriend/provider boxes. You can take a girl to freaking Taco Bell and she'll think it's the greatest thing ever because it's with you. But only if you believe that.

Right now I'm 24; I'm back at home for a couple months till I can relocate to bigger metropolitan area. I spent 3 years during college working with a tiny startup--now I work remotely & have almost complete control over when and where I work. All said it gives me a lot of freedom (and the potential for a huge income in the future), but right now it nets me about $10 an hour. I drive the ****tiest car you can possibly imagine. Most of my free time I spend on developing my artistic passions (which I'm hoping to be able to monetize soon). I also invest half of my income every week in stocks.

Would a different living situation make getting regular sex easier? Yeah. My mom is super old fashioned. But I have several beautiful girls that I can hit up pretty much anytime and spend a weekend in their city. I really don't have time to chase tail or spend on the phone or whatever--so having a weekend of really awesome sex once or twice a month is the perfect set up. They know I'm poor and not gonna pay for their meals--one's hinted heavily that she'd be more than happy to support me.

My last gf, when I met her I was making ~$300 a week cleaning toilets in a restaurant and in school fulltime. She was young and a bartender and made something like $50 an hour and had all types of guys chasing her. She paid for every single date our first year together. She bought me expensive clothes and cooked and cleaned. On the other hand, she had BPD so I had to deal with constant jealousy and a couple 'episodes' (she became increasingly insecure as I became increasingly financially independent). The ending (after 2 years) was epic. But it wasn't a bad way to live.

May sound like I'm bragging, but I'm just trying to show you that your self-limiting beliefs are just that. Poor you. Yeah, you're a male. The system doesn't give a **** about you. Become a man, the rarest thing for a male to be in 2016, and make the system work for you. Yeah, South Florida is probably harder--lots of gold diggers from what I've heard; but your mindset, not your financial situation, is what's holding you back. I can promise you there are at least 3-4 willing girls within 20-30 minutes of you who'd be much happier with a fun, poor man than with some office drone that can give them the middle class experience.

THat's a very interesting perspective tbh. I mean yeah, I Mean not many people can't deny you can't do much at all without money.. But, to focus on that, is kind of dumb! Everyone has the ability to make money and should.

Correct.
Money is a tool for control which exists to enslave humanity.
Our freedom is dictated by money.

The OP is right, there's not a lot that you can do in this world without money. Maybe it is all a tool to enslave us, but finances are a game just like dealing with women is a game. You either play or you don't, and if you play, play to win.

There's a country song by Chris Janson that says money don't buy happiness,
"But it could buy me a boat, it could buy me a truck to pull it
It could buy me a Yeti 110 iced down with some silver bullets".

But I have always respected people who live an ascetic lifestyle, who live in poverty or without possessions by choice, especially for spiritual reasons.

OP you are absolutely right,

Today, you cannot do nothing without money, you need money for food, you need money to pay for your utlility bills, you need money to provide for your wife and kids, you need money to better opportunities for people in need of help, you just need money.

However, anyone can make money, increasing their skills, experience, knowledge, education, qualifications. For example, in programming, you can learn a language and show a complex project, you can get the job and beat people with degrees and once your exprience increases, your income will also increase. You don't need to pay a lot for a Comp Sci degree, you can learn from the internet, their is resources all around us.

Your value as a man is not dictated by money, you just need a steady, stable job with enough ambition to further your career. I know attractive women who turned down men with masters, MBA's, with men in average paid professions, just because they liked them, had more personality, charisma.

Their are people with not much money enjoying life and the abundance around them, I believe their is a story called the fisherman story to quote this.

What is "investing"? As far as I'm concerned the investment system is a tool the wealthy use to extract wealth from society, nothing more. The misinformed have this perception that "smart people" can "win" at the stock market. The reality is it's nothing more than gambling which, ironically enough, you have a greater chance of succeeding at in a place like Vegas than you do on Wall Street. Diversified investments that rely on the growth of the overall economy do just as well as the "experts".

Not true.Move to cheaper place like Cambodia or Philipines and you can afford it all for 1/10 of price. You lazy whiner ... you are latino ? Move to Nicaragua or Costa Rica and live like a boss there or whine in the USA.Grow some balls.BTW you are not 'poor' you are richer than 99% of human population so shut the **** up.Try living in Africa or Philipines like locals and you will see what it means poor.
You know people dream to live in USA ? Thats still land of success and money, you are too lazy to brain-limited to see it.You arent rich but they are VERY rich people there start to think what kind of service you could provide for them and count your money.Learn some programming, get job online, move to SA, bang chicks, live like boss, and kiss my ass later for this advice.
Yes you are loser if you make 1000$ in USA but if you manage to make same money somehow and move to cheaper place you arent looser anymore - you are the boss there.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

That sounds good, but you can't work in the US and live in the Philippines. Once you move to a cheaper place, how do you maintain your higher income?

If it took money to fvck, then poor people wouldn't ever have kids. But it's the opposite - the poorest people always have the most kids.
Okay, but how many people here have a goal to have a bunch of kids?

Anyone can make money and make lots of money.

If you want to go to the degree route you can and age is not a factor or you can go to the Business or IT route (programming, networking, IT in general) and their is a lot of demand and the pay is generally good. As another user has stated, learn programming, develop a complex project and you can get junior level jobs and work your way up. Here in the UK, you can also get a diploma as a paraplanner and work you way up as a mortgage advisor, financial advisor.

For the business route, I know people who've saved up money to buy shops, pubs, running their own business based on their talent, skill and they are making money from it. Literally one guy saved for years and is now running a shop, saved up money from that and brought another shop. He quit his education after high school, got no college or university degree. One of my friends is running a t-shirt printing business and he has a store on Ebay and Eksby (or something along those lines) and he is doing well for himself.

The advantage of the stock market, as opposed to Vegas, is that you're not playing mathematical odds--you're playing the price actions of fear and manipulation. With an hour or two of research every month you can easily do significantly better than the .06 APY you'd get in a typical savings account (that minuscule interest is also a tool for the wealthy to extract wealth from society ;)).

Is it a gamble? Yeah, there are variables outside of your control--any of my positions could theoretically tank; the market could crash. But on the other hand, the U.S. dollar could collapse and all of your 'safe,' 'responsible' savings (which would only go towards buying products that would make the wealthy wealthier anyway) could vanish overnight. It's all a gamble--that car you buy is a gamble; that date you pay for for the chance to get laid is a gamble; that girlfriend you invest in in the hopes of procuring exclusive access to her ***** is a gamble. It's all about taking on calculated risks for appreciable upside.

As JohnyTheArrow as stated, its possible to get an education for completely free. You can study everything in Computer Science (programming, networking, web development, algorithms, oop, software development, software engineering, databases, AI) online through free ebooks, courses, youtube videos, Khan academy, Code academy, Piscera, W3 schools, journals and the like without having to spend a $1. Even ask questions on stackoverflow.

You can apply all of this and contribute towards open source projects, create your own apps, develop a complex project and then get a job in programming and development. All of these steps require you to spend absolutely nothing but your time and dedication.

What's the point? Are you upset good looking women get a free ride? Are you upset your sex life and dating life is determined by someone else? Are you upset because you want women to have sex with you for you, and not for what you can do for them?

It appears you have little money or are struggling to make it, and want a girlfriend as well. I'd like to know what your job is and how you contribute to society, because I'm sure you are not a rich investor, stockbroker, doctor or lawyer with millions in the bank.
