this is a great thread. i specifically like what MrCode had to say and my evil nemesis HPNOTIQ.

I believe the title under our nicknames should be DJT or Don Jaun's in Training. none of us will ever be a don juan simply because we all have conflicting ideas on the definition of the term. which makes for a good thread on what people think it means.

I personally have no problem saying I chose number 1. the reason being is i have a girlfriend and the relationship is still in the beginning stage of "sex all the time" ..even though i have been with her for awhile i'm doing what i can to prolong that stage. as for getting women whenever I like, it is definitely a challenge. i have my good days and i have my bad. over time you have more good than bad.

yes there are those times when i'm wondering where the puzzy* went, but overall it's not really that big of a problem, for me that is. especially when i try to remain faithful. someone posted something that said the real challenge is getting the girls with ratings 7-9.5. I completely agree and am beginning to raise my standards so that i can make a lame male excuse to justify cheating. as if i cheated with a 5 it's wrong and if with a 9 its fine. heh.

fact remains. you never know it all and no matter how good you think you are, there is always someone better than you.

Indeed. To relate this to my previous post, not only is it an ideal, but each ideal is individual to the person who creates it. One man may strive to find a fantastic wife, while enjoying the pleasures of women during the search. Another may feel no need to find a wife, but would like to be able to have threesomes and other wild events whenever he pleases.

Also, this ideal may change during a man's life as his experiences change him. The player may "reform" and become a family man, given the right woman. In fact, this is probably the most common path.

I'm trying to point out the keyboard jockey's not just anyone who comes online. It gets really hard to sift through the false info and find the posts by the guys on here that are really out doing everything.

I'm very glad that i didn't just get flamed, and that everyone who replied, did so in a thought out manner.

This thread was in no way mean't to just rip things apart, but to force us to rethink some of what we talk about on here, and perhaps evolve the term Don Juan, so that we can all agree on what it means....

Now these guys will holla the loudest when it comes time to offer up any kind of proof.

I personally believe it is a state of being that I want to achieve. It goes furtehr beyond sex and love. its about becoming a better man.

not all of us here are "posers" Im not posing to be anything..I realize im an RAFC...would I love to be dJ? yes...but its not going to happen by me saying hey im a dj..it will only happen by the results I get out on the field. im in my offseason training routine...and im working at getting my batting average to allstar levels next season.

so if you are where I am now...keep going..because Ive come along way in the month ive been here!

Yes i too believe its all about becoming a better man. I am currently in a 6 month relationship, and it has been amazing. This girl has fallen in love with me, and in turn so have I. I tend to use things Ive learned from this site to detect when I'm becoming AFC. Of course theres times when i might do something that is AFC, but i think when you are in a LTR, limited AFC behavior can actually work to your advantage. Girls dig that stuff. You just have to learn to keep yourself in control. I can honestly say this is the first time Ive ever fallen in love with another woman. Its such a wonderful feeling, but at the same time im keeping in terms of reality and not making her my whole life. It's what i call the balance factor.

You've got to be kidding me! 80% of people on this board say they can't get laid whenever they want! This is virtually impossible. I thought the poll was a joke until I saw the results - even then I thought it was people going for the funny answer but the comments were the congruous with the votes! Only people interested in self-improvement are here, which already makes us much better than average. Now, I've never seen a group of people where more than 20% of people couldn't get laid. And on this board we have 80% ! that's ridiculous! That would mean the average DJ has at least 4 times less chance of getting laid if he wanted to than the average AFC's and Jerks, etc. No [french[ ing way. The only possibility for that to be true is if sosuave was advertised strictly among invalids and midgets, and the likes.

Think about it. Is it true that if you wanted to you couldn't just go out, take some yoga class, and get laid with at least two of the chicks there? I mean, this is all women want too. 100% of the women! How is it possible for a person not to get laid with a chick who's life revolves around relationships. That's every single chick I've met in my life. Wake up, dudes! The only possible reason you can't get laid is that you're addicted to the PC and you aren't showing your nose outside your house. I couldn't possibly imagine a person who can't get laid if he actually goes out and tries to do it (unless he's disfigured or something). Getting laid is all women want to do too. You don't even have to do anything special. All you have to do is BE there and act normal, and the chicks will do most of the work themselves.

Often, they'll actually hit on you and be willing to do ALL the work - in the bus, subway, store, EVERYWHERE. You heard me, chicks hit on guys ALL the time. IF you actually went out to places where chicks go you'd know it too. And they are so smooth you'll be making them breakfast before you realize what they were after in the first place. All you have to do is get unglued from the computer go outside and be a normal, average guy! Say "hi" to the chick waiting in line with you or sitting next to you in class and if she likes you she'll do most of the work for you. Can't get laid? Gimme a break!

That's if you're willing to do the 6-8's. Below 6 all you have to say is "wanna fvck?" (not literally, but sometimes even that). If you want 8-10's you may actually have to do something about it, but to tell me you can't get laid AT ALL! Pfffffft...

LOL, when I read that for the first time I didn't reazlize it was from you and thought someone was accusing me of ripping off "frivolousz21." So I went back and read the whole thread again, then did a search on "frivolous" to see if I wasn't ripping him off from some other thread and this post showed up again.

well I live in the the St Louis mo area.

I am 22 now.

I had sex for the 1st time when i was 17..on May 14th 2000. in the back of my car on prom.

I have had sex with 20 something women since then. mostly 17 to 20..after that..I started my AFC like hell period!

heres why. I was abusive..I didnt hit her..but I used mind control to get what I wanted. I was very confident..i would cheat on my LTR like mad college crazy..I ****ed hb8 and 9's.
