Your claim has no backing in biology whatsoever. Even the brains are shaped differently in men and women. Even the electric signals between parts of the brain move differently. We have different hormones and different strength in our behavior genes. This is not speculation, it is fact. You are either completely ignorant of what you are talking about, or you are lying.
Take a closer look and never in this human history has that happened what you just listed. Every kingdom or every so called alphas simply forced the woman to be submissive - the women hated it.

The fact is that men and women have had different roles for very good reasons. And men are not leaders because we "oppress" women, but because on average, men are better suited to be leaders than women.
Like all Marxists you conveniently ignore that tribes and nations have had to compete, for thousands of years, and it has been a cutthroat competition. If a society would not have been based on what was most efficient, it would have sunk. If for example hierarchy, a concept that has been invented in all societies independently of each other, had not been efficient, then the tribes and nations that did not practice it would have outcompeted the rest. But it is efficient. Likewise, family is efficient. Likewise, men and women having different tasks is efficient. If it wasn't, then whatever society that tried something else would have gotten the upper hand. And with efficient I mean, these things and many others have helped people to survive and to prosper. But I don't expect you to understand this - your brain probably explodes if you try to think outside the box.

Case study: let's look at the socialist, feminist kibbutzes in early Israel. Some kibbutzes (or "kibbutzim") were religious, some were socialist. The socialist ones declared full equality. The children were forced to play with the same toys. The women and men slept in the same halls, ate together like a collective, showered together. Leadership was shared between men and women.
This was the perfect closed experiment, with no outside influences to disturb their fanatical efforts.
And what happened? The women tired of it. They wanted separate living quarters. They also wanted to spend time with their own children, not the collectives'. The children,
by themselves, started playing different games. Because the boys had instincts that the girls didn't, like climbing trees, hunting frogs and taking risks, while the girls wanted to play family with dolls. The women also tired of the daily planning for the kibbutzes. Not all, but most. Eventually it was mostly men in the leadership positions, and just a few women.
Where does this information come from? From feminism-loving sociologists, who travelled from America and Europe to study the kibbutzes. At first they praised the equality in these closed projects. Then when they returned after a few years, they were shocked to see how things had sorted themselves out.
They were shocked because they had denied human instincts and the vast differences between the sexes. We are biological creatures. Our brains are biological, not abstract. Ideology has to be adapted around that fact, or it will always be a lie.

Weirdo. If you had any facts to stand on, you would know that a workplace dominated by women usually has far more personality problems than one dominated by men. Women quickly arrange themselves in cliques, and there will always be envious, nagging, complaining women among them who want to pick on an outsider. This I have heard directly from a consultant - a woman - who specialized in counseling personnel at businesses where they had workplace problems. She was almost always hired by businesses with female workplaces. Workplaces with men would usually sort themselves out just fine.
As for the OP: it is true that men - on average - are naturally better leaders and abstract thinkers. Heck, our propensity to think and plan in abstract, long-term ways, as opposed to women's shorter horizons, has been shown in research plenty of times. However, you have to be deserving of the leadership role. I have no respect for a man as leader simply because he is a man. At the same time, I know that among a thousand men there will in all likelihood be more who are suited for leadership, in the big and the small, than among a thousand women.
