1. One of my good friends (from before this school) was a marginal-starter football player, and one his teammates had a girlfriend (from an all-girl's school) who had a friend that wanted to date a football player, and so it was served up on a silver platter, even though he was by no means a PUA (or a Chad).Going to an all-boys high school is Game on hard mode.
There are 3 ways to have a decent high school mating experience at an all-boys school
1. Have a top tier physique and be a decent athlete
2. Have strong social ties in that region, particularly from the K-8 experience.
3. Your personal charisma must be amazing for the few school mixers with the all-girls schools.
@MatureDJ had neither of those 2 factors. For @MatureDJ , his lack of height would have made a co-ed high school bad too. I do think that an all-boys high school made his initial mating experience worse.
I have observed more long term negative effects in terms of mating from males who went to all-boys schools as compared to females who went to all-girls schools.
2. I didn't even have this as I started attending in middle school, pre-puberty. But the social circles that others had basically grew out of fellow but female students in parochial middle-school. Now that I think about it, I had to adapt to making every opportunity whenever some social circle in which I was a distant member put me in contact with a decent-looking chick. I remember one particular gal - one with a nice banging body (not that I was allowed to experience it ) - that I took to one of my dances who had like a dozen pictures of dances she had gone to with other lads, ALL of whom of course heightmogged the sheet out of me (OK, I almost assuredly brainmogged them all ). I could picture a friend visiting her seeing my picture and saying "who's the short guy"?
3. My high-school was so Incel that not only did we not have any mixers, we had the attitude that our tradition of not having girl cheerleaders (our peer schools all had them) was a point of pride. That said, we did get a lot of the peer-female schools have their dance teams perform at football games as part of the band, but only the most suave was able to pierce the almost impenetrable cloistering.
(I should say that the experience that US Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh had a very similar high school experience, and even being on the football team did not help his Inceldom. And one of the peer-female schools I had mentioned earlier was the same school that US Supreme Court Amy Comey Barrett had attended.)
Brett Kavanaugh
Brett Kavanaugh was formerly an incelibate, and is currently a Supreme Court justice for the USA. According to him, he experienced inceldom throughout his teens...

Kavanaugh Has Become a Hero to the Incel Community
Defending against sexual-assault allegations, the Supreme Court nominee said he was a virgin in high school. Incels took notice.

“I did not have sexual intercourse or anything close to sexual intercourse in high school or for many years thereafter,” Kavanaugh said.
