What's actionable for OP is whatever level he is currently at, he can work on improving it. Not solely for the sake of attracting better quality women, but so that you improve in general.

Honestly, if you want to know your SMV, just look at the SMV of the women you tend to get. They are usually -1 or -2 of your own SMV.

I don’t have any issue with someone being blunt when it’s needed to get a point across. Yes, men should not be sensitive. But, poster is belittling the OP for no particular reason and it’s not helping in any way. Men need to be masculine but they don’t need to tear other men down in the process.

I have a ton of confidence and that’s why I think I’m a 7. I also take care of myself, am not overweight, and groom myself well and dress well. Women care more about confidence than looks. Yes, they care about looks, but confidence and game matter more. Why is it somehow wrong to have confidence in yourself? As long as you aren’t obese and calling yourself a 10, in that case yes you would be delusional.
