Preciesly she sounds like a guy, when I read a profile I get turned off when a chick wants to compete and prove to everyone that she is all that.
According to the freedictionary.com an adjunct is:
" A person associated with another in a subordinate or auxiliary capacity"
If you were a part time professor would you say that you are a part time? (adjunct). No because there is no need to go into specifics and you are trying to sell yourself. The chick is 29 years old and she doesn't look like the dedicated book worm. She is more likely working for a professor in some small capacity like a secretary or an assistent (she has time to do dancing for living and be a personal trainer).
That is like a flight attended saying that she is adjunct pilot.

Who doesn't like alcoholic beverages?? The reason she mentioned wine is because wine is associated with high price/class alcoholoic beverage that gives clueless women a sense of class and importance ( Their logic - all people on soap operas and celebrities drink wine, therefore I drink wine). When you take them to a resturant they will have no clue what kind of wine you order unless its famous brand name that is renoun for its taste and being expensive. You could order her a cheap wine that taste pretty good but she won't care because she didn't watch Paris Hilton on t.v drink that and therefore it is not good enough.
I know plenty of chicks that told me that there favourite drink is wine but only drink it when guys buy it to them on dates. Most of them get p1ssed drunk by themselves while drinking some cheap alcoholic fruit drink, yeah you got some class sweetie.
Chicks who look like they could be models never put a profile looking for a broken ass guy, they have plenty of that chasing them around. The internet gives then an oppertuinty to sifer through thousands of profiles instead of bumping into random guys in clubs. Also when a chick writes her income (especially if she is making good money like she is $50,000-$75,000), she does so to let guys know that she won't date someone below that. Competitive chicks always want to date up never down.
Guys on the other hand don't care if the chick is currently unemployed (for a guy to put that on his profile is a suicide), if she's got a pretty face and a nice rack that is good enough.

99% chance she has a Master's Degree.
in my 10+ years at a major (top 10) university, i have never heard of any secretary that works for a professor who calls themselves an adjunct "professor". even lowly teaching assistant slaves, who are IN THE CLASS, don't call themselves adjunct.
