Just curious for some of you guys who've gotten compliments...How much focus do you put on cardio?
I do 30 minutes of intervals(2minutes fast walk, 1 minute run) seven days a week. Just wondering if it'd be worth ramping that to 45 minutes or sticking with 30.
I also lift 4 days a week. How many times a week do you guys work the "beach muscles"?(biceps, shoulders, pecs)
