How to ask consent?

How do you guys ask consent for sex from a girl? What do you guys do if she does not consent?

I'm scared ****less of getting 20 years in a federal prison for sexual assault because I didn't ask for consent, but I also don't want to scare every girl away by asking for consensual sex at the wrong time and her being creeped out and turned off.

You make a MOVE and ESCALATE.

And you keep ESCALATING until she is either fvcking you or she says no.

If she resists or says no, then pull back a step or two and then re-initiate progressive escalation until you are either having sex or she says no.

Have the Agreement for Consent Contract pre-typed out. Then all you need to do is have her sign and date it and your good to go. I have a stack of them always sitting on my bedside table.

Also remember you can not lawfully have sexual relations with a female who has a BAC level higher than .08%. The law has stated that she is too intoxicated to give consent for sex. So its also a good idea to have a breathalyzer handy, either in your bedroom or in the bathroom. You can find good deals on them at Amazon.

If in doubt dont hesitate to call your lawyer. Better safe than sorry!

There was a huge thread in loveshack.org about date rape. Several girls gave their stories where they were almost raped and possibly raped.

One such girl talked about an experience where she was alone with a guy. The guy tried to start kissing her and she pushed him off her. He tried again but for some reason, she got freaked out. Fearing that he would hurt her if she resisted any more, she just froze and let him have sex with her.

She claimed that because she didn't actually say no, that she wasn't raped. Either way, it was an emotionally painful experience for her.

Hopefully this will give some guys second thoughts about keep on pushing till she lets it happen.

I've heard most girls don't tell you no. They'll freeze or emotionally turnoff. I dunno, since most of you who responded never ask consent before sex, I guess I'm asking the wrong forum. Just so you know, under USA law, if you don't get consent, it's sexual assault or rape.

I've been mulling it over, and if I get any hint that she is turning off emotionally or not 100% into my advances, I'll ask her if she's ok with what I'm doing. If I don't get a clear yes I'll stop.

I still want to have sex, but I don't want to get arrested for rape or assault.

No I'm not a virgin, but according to US law you need to ask consent before any sexual contact otherwise you can be charged with sexual assault or even rape.

I didn't ask for consent then because I was younger than the girls I had sex with, so I thought that since they were older and more mature they would flat out say no to me if they so desired. It was naive of me then to think that, but now I realize just how much of a ****storm having sex with a girl without consent can bring you.

Again, most rape and sexual assault occurs with the girl NOT flat out saying "no".

The penalties are steep, but asking "can I have sex with you" at the wrong time feels to me to be a surefire way to destroy any interest the girl has in you. Is there any "smooth and cool" way to ask for consent?

How would you ask for consent?
This was the question I was asking in the OP, and no one cared to answer it. Most replies however suggested I don't ask for consent which is something I am not willing to compromise.

As a side note, if the girl says no when you advance sexually, how do you react, especially if you can feel it's definitely not going to go any further?

If you aren't sure, "What do you want to do right now" after an hour or so of foreplay should work. If she's into you she'll say something like, "anything you want to do". If not, she's not ready. But most times with me too, it happens with escalating and nonverbal.

definitely won't get 20 years. in a situation like this as long as you get a lawyer you probably wouldn't get jailtime even if convicted.
