How much you weight and how tall are you?

I'm 6'1" @ 175 lbs. some days I look buff and cut and some days I don't. lol WEIRD.

my natural body weight is 150 sooooo... I would say Im decently happy. Its hard to keep weight on when you train muay thai for 2 hours a day.

I think these stats would be more informative if people posted along with the original stats like height/weight A) Whether they have a sixpack and B) Whether they can bench their body weight.

Who cares about a six pack? If you can bench more than your bodyweight and squat a fair amount that's pretty much a given.

However, yes I agree about the stats, they are important too. I think a new thread would be in order for that.

got weighed at the gym yesterday and was suprised - 74.8kg and not 80 weird and 181cm.
