I know dudes who are in mid 30s and mid 40s who look old as a chit.. They approach young girls, and the chicks find it a little creepy, it's like her dad is approaching her lol

Dont believe everything you hear. Its easy to look 5-8yrs younger just by gym and good diet but 15+yrs theyre pulling your leg.

I don't know man. Some guys just look naturaly younger than what they actually are.

Then add to that a good diet, healthy lifestyle, low stress, and lots of gym. You can easily take 10-15 years off your physical looks.

Perhaps, about a month ago some hot/cute 25 year old bought me a drink. I can't remember the circumstances, but I didn't get enough time but her friends dragged her away. I'm only recently back in the game. I spent nearly 10 years with barely any exposure to women I would otherwise date due to an LTR and the work I do generally doesn't have very many attractive women running around.

I also don't know **** about 25 year old women. Like, how they are, and all that. I barely know women my age let alone nearly 20 years younger.

Yep.... The secret is liberal use of sunscreen my entire life. Never layout in the Sun like some kind of beached whale. Seriously limit how much alcohol you consume. Don't take drugs. Start working out when you are younger and make it a habit. Adopt good eating habits in your tens and early 20s.

If you want to be able to regularly fvck 20 year olds into your late 30s and 40s (without being rich) you will need to have good skin and good hair, it's just a fact. Some signs of aging are inevitable, but many normal signs of aging can give your face character and rugged masculinine "silver fox" look. However, unhealthy aging will seriously reduce your physical attractiveness.

Too late for me when it comes to hair, pretty much all fvking gone. However the bald look suits me, and my physical shape and skin is very good.

Ok, this is new to me. I was under the impression it did the opposite; it grows everyhting and actually ages you faster.

But in all seriousness, everyone ages differently and is affected differently by the sun. Genetics determine your biological outcomes more than anything exogenous(besides very severe trauma/events). It's all just cope and insecurities.
