My hardest day was day 6.
Found a porno tape that I forgot about in a box. Put it in and seen lesbians. I almost broke and started but people were out in the next room and they were coming in to help do a project. And yesterday was a bytch!! The habit to wack off is damn near instintual when no one is at home and I have nothing important to do. But I've been noticing that I've been more social and energetic the past few days. Hopefully it won't be too hard getting through the next week. Ahhh I feel great. A friend came over tonight to hang out. She and I used to be close, but now we're really just friends through friends and the conversation is sometimes awkward. Not tonight though, it was faaantastic. I owe it all to not touching my balls except to wash them.

Only hours from making it 7 days, I gave in. And it must've opened up a flood of hormones cuz less than 12 hours later I gave in again.
As others did, over the last 7 days I noticed some things:
