I'm doing my bit to keep this thread alive.
Only hours from making it 7 days, I gave in. And it must've opened up a flood of hormones cuz less than 12 hours later I gave in again.
As others did, over the last 7 days I noticed some things:
Women started saying hi to me for no other reason than to get my attention.
My voice got deeper (no sooner than I whack one off and it goes up a notch again)
I got ballsier. (no pun - although they did get bigger) I was doing things I usually say 'I should do that' but then shy away from for whatever reason.
I had more energy, needed less sleep.
I got things done. I've been procrastinating on things and was finally getting those projects finished (or started).
All these definite changes in just a week. I'll be doing the 'no touch' challenge again, starting now.
I also noticed the best way to avoid doing it is to stay pre-occupied with other things. ie. having a life
