Personally its been a great year moved to Australia at the start of the year

Sacked the apps off around April just started doing more cold approach and also attending a lot of singles events

Lot of very interesting encounters with women this year some more successful than others. Lot of casual sex / hookups / ONS

Not going out as much to A. save money and B. spend more time on creating a business that will improve my financial situation. The times that I do go out have been somewhat lackluster since I'm at the point where I have to travel all the way to Philly to meet attractive women at these bars.

The dating apps have surprisingly been a lot better for me lately, I don't know what it is.

Currently just juggling some FWBs with the occasional new lay. Despite the notch count, still haven't had a threesome. That's something I'd definitely like to do at some point soon. The hard part (I'd imagine) is finding 2 bisexual, or at least open-minded chicks that are both attractive, and attracted to each other.

I came to the reverse realization this year. I don't think I can ever bring myself to nail a woman my age or younger (or even slightly older) anymore; they need to be significantly older.

Not great, which I entirely blame on my location - the difference was night and day after moving; whereas 2022 and 2023 were unquestionably my best years at my prior location. Nothing else had changed and if anything my SMV is even higher due to being even more fit and having better appearance overall (skincare and style).

Currently just have 1 FWB 10 years younger than me and she's sexy but I don't really like her that much. Have some dates lined up but I've started viewing them as backup plans and schedule other things to do (or even multiple dates) on the same night because flaking is increasingly common where I am now.

All that said I do think the dating market is getting worse each year overall, and my friends who are very high SMV would agree with that assertment. Women somehow are becoming more solipcistic, delusional, entitled, lacking in accountability, unreasonable, fat, etc. On the flip side it's easier than ever to stand out among all the soyboob low T men nowadays, so in some sense the overall experience has kept things more or less equal. If you're not in top 20% you're fvcked, but if you're not in top 1-5% you probably aren't doing great either. The hilarious thing is that if you're 6', not fat or married, and making over 70k a year, you're already in top 1% statistically and if you're also good looking, charming, good in bed, wealthy, etc you're easily top .1% or more and at some point will have more SMV than hot women do because of how rare such men are nowdays.

Summer was busy, from June-August went on dates/hangouts etc with 15 different women

The older the women tend to be the more insufferable, and jaded they tend to be not all but more than most

2025 I'm focused more on quality than quantity. Will be frequenting more high-end/luxury events/spots etc

Well, I'm still married and my wife is still fvcking amazing. I still care about general attractiveness, if only to lead by example, be the man my wife deserves and a little bit of curiosity about what I can do.

This year I have gotten leaner, gained muscle and improved my mindset. I had gotten a bit too lazy the few years before 2024, I have it too good and then there's all the energy that goes into our kids making the comfortable seem even more comfortable.

I can't count success like single guys can, because I'm not the cheating type, so I'll settle for the attention and quality of attention I'm getting from other women. There's also a significant improvement in the attention I'm getting from my wife, not that it was ever bad before, but it's definitely on another level now.

I make my wife horny all the time, she puts her heart and soul into our sex. Our frequency has increased a lot, it used to be once a week, now it's every other day. I don't feel like doing it every day, need some time to build the tension.

Other women fall into 2 categories; the attractive looking ones who look back at me and the unattractive ones that I can see is actively avoiding looking at me. A very attractive looking woman started working at my job which is very male dominated, not surprisingly most of my coworkers started orbiting her. She's nowhere near as interested in any of them as she is about me, the guy who's doing literally nothing to try to attract her. More than once have I had to draw the line because she's crossing my boundaries, like literally slapping my ass and giving me "fvck me" eyes.

Although I have my sh!t figured out, I still want to get the most out of everything. My life isn't over until I'm dead.
