Let's say you suddenly need to get something important done. Is it bad to cancel? Neutral? Could be a power move?
Women have so many options that they don't have to tolerate a lot of stuff that they don't like.if you cancel a date during the early “probationary period,” there is a risk she will ghost you afterwards. It’s like calling in sick your first month at a job.
It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

If her name is Aileen Wuornos, and you were scheduled to meet her in the parking lot of an abandoned K Mart after dark, canceling the date just might preserve your lifeIs it bad to cancel? Neutral? Could be a power move?
