What do you guys use? I'd like to setup a basic home gym rather than have to sign up to some local health club so what would you say are the basics?
I've got access to a gym at uni but it's mostly machines. I break up on Friday for Easter break, so I'm without a gym for 3 weeks. I'd like to find somewhere to train but all the gyms want you to sign up for 12 months and I'll be leaving in less than 6. The other option is the local leisure centre, but their setups are usually pretty basic.
I have a set of basic dumbells so I could go for a dumbell based program for 3 weeks, but I've only 2 more weeks after Easter of Uni anyway so I need to sort something out.
