I've been having a lot of sex lately and I am alright as far as endurance/stamina goes. But she likes it when I slam it in her as hard and as fast as I can...but the problem is that I can only do that for maybe 10 seconds tops without getting the urgency to go over the top....and once I stop I can see the disappointment on her face. Easy.

Get into the gym more often. 45 mins per session.
Back/Triceps one day
LEgs/ Shoulders another
Chest/ Biceps the third

Add some cardio about 5 mins before you lift.
Throw in some abs on your off days.

And by golly make sure you do squats, deadlifts and clean+ jerks on your legs days.

Oh and one last thing. Add Ensure Plus to your diet. After meals at least once a day. More water to your diet will only help.

Do all that and I promise you wil be crushing that little bird.

Whatever you do, buying "extended" pleasure condoms and creams etc is not the solution.

I know kegels will REALLY help u. How does working out make you last longer? Especially legs? I work out 3x a week and am very pleased it might help another part of my life.

cam. kegels are done to last longer. Make a search for it on google or on sosuave.com There is a really big thread on it. It is stickied. Its a penis excercise kinda that makes you last longer.

I havent started doing it but I am planning to really soon. It takes about 15 minutes a day to do the excercise. You should read into it.

Take whey protein. Ensure is for old people who cant chew food. And Deadlifts should be done on back days.

I hear you. Different things work for different people I suppose.
Check out my avatar and you'll see its been working for me.
I keep everything with shoulders light weight and slightly higher reps.

I like the change things up every 6-8 weeks anyways to keep confusing my body and avoid plateau.
