I agree with this. Physical exercise provides so many benefits. Sexual performance will be included with that.

I'll also add make sure you get a full night's sleep, 8hrs or whatever.

When you can throw 225 overhead for reps, and strict press 155 for reps, lets see how much energy you have to focus on other movements.

Shoulder work and I'm not talking about those weak ass lateral raises or cheesy BB'ing routines for accentuating the rear delts, I mean real shoulder work like over head pressing, Jerking and Push pressing is a very taxing compound movement that has major effects on the whole body when done correctly.

exactly, which is why it's pretty dumb to do them before/after a chest day on which you do heavy bench presses. I speak from experience.
