I am very pro freedom oriented. If two adults want to get married, that's their business....In fact, I understand that many gays are spurned by their families, so I can see why they would want to pass on their estate to someone that truly loves them when they pass away. A legal marriage makes this possible. I am not really in favor of them adopting young children, ONLY because I don't think it's nice for a kid to unexpectedly walk in "mommy and daddy's " room and see the couple getting in on.
This thread is about the creation of a gay comic character. I simply question the NEED for such a character and can only assume that this character creation was aggresivly campaigned for.
