When I think about the entirety of my 10+ years in Dallas, I haven't seen too many participants in the youth church scene. I've been in my late 20s and 30s during this time.

I met a few women through in-person means that were participants in youth groups and attended church. There was one evangelical Protestant church that had a big youth group. I met some Catholics too. There women are a small minority of the women I've met in Dallas over the years through in-person means.

When I used dating websites and later swipe apps, I only met one woman off of a swipe app that mentioned religious participation. Most swipe app women either weren't practicing a religion or they never mentioned it prior to the interaction ceasing.

The male friends I have made in Dallas have been mostly non-practitioners or sporadic practitioners of religions. I'd say the same is true of the acquaintances from the main social circle too.
