What is your goal here? You want to get married? Then she certainly sounds like a good candidate, if she's indeed into you and not just seeing you as a co-worker to pass the time with.
Well the goal definitely isn't a hit and quit. I can say that much. Seems like we get along way too well for that. Really I just want to get her out, see how it goes, then take it from there. Whether it would be some sort of casual 'situationship' or something long term would remain to be seen.

The only way to find out which is which is to get her out of the work environment, to a coffee/hobby related activity as previously suggested.
It would really have to be outside of work as in really outside. After work or on a day off, imo. I say that bc asking to get a coffee during work hours on our break could easily backfire. Given her personality, she could just say yes to say yes, as she's very friendly. Then we come back to work and we're almost back at square one. I mean this is someone I've had probably close to 20 conversations with over the last 6 months with now, and for as happy and open as she is with me in our (often lengthy) convos, the chick has never once thrown anything flirty my way.

OP just back off. You’re a Human Resources violation waiting to happen. This woman is going to think you’re stalking her, pressuring her, whatever the terminology may be under the fake guise of friendship; they’re going to nail you. You’re not ready for this yet. Be warned.
