I try not to pay attention to modern pop culture, but even when you avoid it, you can't help but notice some of it via commercials, word of mouth, internet and so on.
I thought 10 years ago was bad with all the boybands...but it seems it's only gotten worse...with shows like Glee, Jersey Shore...this whole Kardasian bs. I was flipping through the channels and they were advertising this kid's show on Nickelodeon with two boys that couldn't have been any older than 16 making out and trying to play it off when one of their mothers walked in.
Is this what society has become?
What really disgusts me is that I was reading a post on a forum where a girl said her boyfriend watched Glee with her even though he didn't want to and did it just to make her happy...so the p*ssified society is just creating p*ssified men.
You might say "These guys don't get girls"...but a lot of women like having a pushover of a boyfriend...and when she eventually gets sick of him, she gets the wrong impression when a real man comes into her life.
I'm not one of those homophobic guys. I'm more one of those "Don't ask, don't tell" guys...but it just seems that society and the media is preaching gayness.
