GAV: Well done. I've done Max OT for a year and a half now and I can tell you this is the best, most honest, no bvllsh!t program there is. I combine Max OT with the Body for Life diet plan and I've put on 15lbs. of lean muscle and dropped my body fat content to around 12% (though I've been lower).

Do you use the AST suppliments? I do the current bracketing with VP2, Nitro, Creatine and I've added GABA to my night time schedule.

na man, wish i had the money for all that stuff. used to use creatine and whey, but i've dropped them as well.

sounds like you've made some nice progress. keep it up dude

Quick update

End of week 8 today

lifts haven't improved that much, but i don't care tbh. i don't even care that i'm under the 70kg mark now (betweem 68 and 69.5). The excess fat around my stomach disappeared because of increased cardio three times a week, while my muscle mass remained intact, if not developed, through the max ot programme.

biggest lift improvements:

incline db bench:
from
20kg * 4
18kg * 6
18kg * 6 to

apart from that, no real improvement in weight; just improvement in form because that's much more important.

well yeh, but just keep at the running - on your off days from the gym! i do 5 days monday to friday weight lifting. ideally i'd like to do 30 minutes sprinting on saturday and sunday. that's a good cardio/lifting routine.

if you are trying to lose fat and put on muscle, just reduce your carb intake. instead of the bulking level 40-50g of carbs, i take 30 when i'm trying to cut my stomach. just make sure you eat at least 30g (40-45g ideal) protein every 3 hours.

I'm experienceing the same thing as you, I'm getting more ripped but I stay about the same weight. Anyways, respect to your db curls. Happy screwing. =) Looking forward to read about your progress.

Dude, what is happening to you guys is what guys like me dream about. Seriously, if you're not gaining weight, bubt losing fat, you're gaining muscle. Ripped is awesome. I just took a pic of myself now and I'm going to post it in the end when I am happy with my changes.

quick update after my two week break from the gym

last week i went onto the scales after having eaten no food and weighed 10.5 stones! that's less than 150lbs !

so today i bought some whey and did a chest and ab workout.

(bench without a spot
60kg * 6
60kg * 4
60kg * 4

etc)

weight's about 150-152lbs, but i am absolutely shredded; lower abs are in place, and since i shaved my chest, there's good definition in the "inner chest" region.

legs are pathetic lol; i don't care about their appearance, but i will be working them to increase my testosterone

basically, far too much sex last week (made my girl cvm 4times in a row - about 20times that night total :D)

sex is bad; cardio is bad, abstain and be saved :D
