From pessimist in the US to optimist in the Philippines

I don't know the poster nor have I been to this part of Asia, however, there are elements of the post I can relate to.

It is true that in some counties just being an American can give one status. I was recently in South America where this can be true in some places but not so in others. The women in almost all cases were, by default, friendlier than in a first class western nation. It's hard to say how much luck I would've had if I had not learned to game here in the US, though. Most of the bar girls down there did throw some sh1t tests and such my way, and I gained a huge edge running jealousy plotlines down there. So even in SA's upscale clubs, you will still need to understand the basic mechanics of game, it's just the odds of success increase tremendously and it's easier to get the women chasing you (sometimes to the point of being annoying).

I have heard from many men that certain locations, the Domican Republic & mainy Asian nations come to mind, that practically no game is required. I can see where this might appeal to some people, especially as a quick confidence booster. However, I don't think moving to the third world for the rest of one's life is a nessacary solution to this problem. I've learned how to attract hawties right here in the US, and so can most men out there. In summary, I see nothing wrong with enjoying the social proof & the cultural differences that can occur out there. At some point I'd venture to guess our homeboy will end up returning home, though, hopefully with new found confidence.

This is a good point.

If travel is used for a quick booster and to get some interesting experiences, it's one of the best things you can do for yourself. As long as you are not using it as an easy way out of exerting yourself, facing your fears and mastering the game.

I enjoy travel and have been to all sorts of places, seeing sights, experiencing adventures, getting to know different cultures, eating weird food, doing sports, there is so much more to travel than just laying a pipe. I dont have to walk 5 block to get some ass. Travelling just to get laid is like going to McDonalds every day when on holiday. Waste of travel.

So instead of deciding to expand your horizons (hobbies learning exercise etc.) and to be happy no matter how successful you were with women, you took the easy way out and went to a foreign country and cashed in on your American passport status. Again, it goes back to the fact that if you are happy, who is to criticize?

I'm not judging him at all. I'm glad he thinks he's happy. I was merely pointing out that it's not healthy to rely on happiness from outside sources, instead of it deriving from within. In the best case scenario, this guy is in the Philippines having a great time because he's happy and confident and attracting these great things to himself. But the truth is this guy is happy because he's living it up and having a great time. Take that away, and his happiness goes with it.
