i was just wondering, lets say im having fried chicken and i take the skin off, do i lose the fat? does it become a healthy meal?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You should stay away from fried food PERIOD if you're on a serious diet. Fish skin... who eats fish skin? If you mean breaded fish then yeah, if its fried it will soak up the fat just as easily.
