fried food-- take off the skin?

i was just wondering, lets say im having fried chicken and i take the skin off, do i lose the fat? does it become a healthy meal?

you kidding me right,
skin is nearly pure fat.
we have a saying in turkish (it has a rhyme in turkish)
you don't eat a chickens skin or back

You should stay away from fried food PERIOD if you're on a serious diet. Fish skin... who eats fish skin? If you mean breaded fish then yeah, if its fried it will soak up the fat just as easily.
