I just killed my depression through positive self-talk and now I walk and dress more confidently and will actually to people now. I'll even occasionally show some emotion. However I still have very few friends and I would like to get invited to some parties so I can meet some girls and get some connections. Also I need a way to make my voice more stable, I usually trail off and lower it when I'm talking to people quickly. Just push me off the diving board, its clearly the best way to learn how to swim .
