It's not bull**** at all.

I am in my late 40's, look young enough to say I'm 45. When people ask I just say 45. But I can't say any younger with my receding hairline and my weight. I'm about 30-40 pounds overweight. Working on it but still remain overweight.

Poland - I lived in Poland when I was in my early 40's. At the time I was not overweight and yes it is Poland but I was routinely dating women in their 20's.
