I am guessing he means 0.08, because you'd be legally and physically dead loooong before that, not to mention its probably physically impossible to get that drunk, you'd be vomiting non-stop and passed out long before that.

Anyway, don't do it. Its stupid, dangerous, selfish, and wrong. And to gain what? Save a couple bucks on a taxi?

If you don't give a **** about your own life that's fine, but you're driving on public roads and I don't care what you *think*, if you're over the legal limit it will definitely impair your ability to drive to some extent.

I don't know what the deal is with some of you guys, maybe you gotta hit someone or have your insurance skyrocket to $1000 a month before you realize how stupid it is. everytime I go out, we designate a DD and if everyone wants to drink, we either make sure someone is holding back or we all take cabs. I went to Hollywood last Saturday, 8 guys, all drinkers so we took cabs

an ex coworker of mine paid $1400 a month just to be able to drive (insurance + car payment). and that's after his girlfriend had to drive him around for a year while his license was suspended. I'm speculating after rent, mortgage, tuition, bills, etc, most guys don't have that kind of money leftoever

your third DUI is also prison time and if you're not a citizen and you get your third, you get deported

Drunk driving is proof of natural selection. Unfortunately it tends to be a sloppy way of doing things.
