sounds good bro.... gotta summon the courage to do that but it shall be done.
This was actually my first time attempting to sell tickets, so I don't have much experience to delve upon for discussing strategies, but I will keep on doing it in the future because it was fun. I did get advice from someone I was selling to, she said to put more enthousiasm into it and to make it seem like a huge deal. I will be working on this for sure! hope you can make the 7000 man.Hey I Sell tickets too man I just expanded my business as well. I plan on making 7,000 dollars by christmas if I keep up the hustling. We should share some strategies sometime?
And I think that getting out on the street and selling stuff should be a REQUIREMENT for all aspiring DJs not just for girls and what not, but for your future as a whole. I go out and hit the street with a huge smile on my face and have as much fun as I can and people are DRAWN to me, I hardly have to go and find them to sell to them. Its an EXCELLENT confidence booster and you have no problem approaching hot ass girls because u have a reason to.
As far as the bootcamp, I have been slacking but I have gotten about 15 strangers done.
So for me:
14 Hot girl hellos (6 left)
15 Stranger hellos/conversations (15 left)
And Alex you have to hold onto that motivation for as long as you can, I went through EXACTLY what you are going through now 6 months ago. I stopped eating fastfood only drinking water and so forth. But it IS going to wear off so get as much out of it as you can while its still burning inside of u!
HAha nah chris, this WONT wear off, atleast not for a few months. It's easy for confidence to wear off, but for an entire mind set/whole new life and ROUTINE to wear off is tough, if you keep with it. ;oSPEAK said:But it IS going to wear off so get as much out of it as you can while its still burning inside of u!
I know what you mean, we might make eye contact from a distance (too far away to say anything) but once we get in talking range, their eyes dart away. It's just our society I think. And you need to start trusting your gut, if you feel you should count it, then god damm1t count it! Trust that primal instinct!tiesto5 said:My main problem is making eye contact and then their eyes dart away and I feel that it was not long enough for the hello.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
well my band is playing at a show, so thats what we are selling for.SPEAK said:Hell ya man I just spent 600 dollars on a concert next week, hope it pulls through!
SO do you just scalp them or buy them in bulk or what? Wheres ur proft come from?
And what type of events are you selling at.
AlexLefty said:Alright so today I went and got a haircut at around 12 in the morning. After that I hit up the local Harmons to get some strangers in. In about 10 minutes I got 6 people.
It was really interesting because about half of them were cold approaches. I'd just go stand next to them as they were looking at food or something and ask how you could tell which ones were good, or their opinion on it. People are actually a lot more friendly and willing to talk than you might think It makes me realize how easy and good situational openers are.
After that I hung out with my friend and we went exploring the local stores. I got more hellos in that time frame as well. I didn't carry around my journal today though.. tisk tisk :cuss: The gayest thing happend too, as we were leaving the shoe store I stuck my gum on one of the shoes (funny right!!! :crackup and and employee literally chased us down and made me pay for them. FVCK ME! I didn't know it was his dream job and he was so dedicated :box:
Anyways, I got 16 stranger girls all together today. One or two of them also just looked or stared at me when I said hello. Sad they have no social skills .. I'm also going to practice getting more hellos at school. Just because your done with it, doesn't mean you should stop. Just do it for the fun and love of the game.
Overall totals:
School: 21
Strangers: 19
Good luck bros
Thank you sir, and to be honest with you, it was actually harder/more awkward with my friend. He's afc and i try to help him out, but he just doesn't listen, so sometimes he'd just tail 3 ft behind me when I did it. The only reason I was with him anyways is just because we were hanging out, and he wanted to check out some stores, so I decided to get more people while we were there. I got maybe 80% alone or when I broke away from him and started taking laps around the store while he shopped.SPEAK said:Nicely Done Alex.
The only thing I might critique is the fact that you are doing it with a friend.
So even if you don't make eye contact you just shout "HELLO!" ??SPEAK said:I do say hi to everyone in my halls no matter if I know em or not.
