I would submit myself to be a moderator except being a babysitter ain't my thang. That's one thing you learn about life in general: to be a supervisor in any given profession or to otherwise lead a supervisory role in any given context is to, for a large part, regardless of adult ages, babysit children.

I just want to point out something and this isn't specific to ( . )( . ). No matter who you are, once you start living your life on your terms and it shows, there will be people who will snipe at you; it's a fact of life.

Think about it, when was the last time that you shared some really good news about your life with a group of people and everyone was genuinely happy for you. How many times did you just get accolades without anyone deflecting the good times or trying to burst your bubble? It's a rarity.

It's very cliche but "misery does love company." It's much harder to elevate yourself to the levels of others. It's easier to try to pull others down. That in itself is neither good nor bad, it's just the way that it is. The thing that could be considered bad is if you allow them to do it to you.

That's the number one sole purpose of a moderator. Knowing about girls, that's a second priority. Everyone's gotta understand that.

Here's something to consider, could it be possible that your premise on what this site should be about a bit different from many (but not all) of the other members of the forum? That the will of women must be conquered in order to gain their affection? That women are so such enigmas that the only way that the average guy can't compete by any means other than force?

I see it from another angle. Why not level the playing field? Why not understand how women operate while enhancing our own qualities in order to not only differentiate ourselves from the DJ at the next table, but also feel good about ourselves without putting the guy down? How's that for feel good? But when women are in the presence of a guy with this type of character, she sees it as confidence and self control. Not saying that this is the only way to attract women, it's just an option which works for me (and probably a couple of other guys in the forum).

I'm not one to put the presence of women in life as the defining factor of my quality of life. The quality comes from me feeling good about myself and that is what I expound in this forum. I've yet to pick up a woman when I have a piss poor attitude. I'm guessing that many guys have a bad attitude about women because they feel that there is an actual battle between the sexes, and they feel that they are losing.

So call it "feel good," "Zen-like" or whatever. It works [for me] because women do not define who I am. I'm guessing that is the thing that makes us different and is possibly why LMS surprised you with his post which he recognized my composure online (at least most of the time) and my lack of always focusing on women. I may be wrong but let's face facts, you're the one who's screen name is a graphic depiction of a part of a woman's anatomy (talk about Freudian).

I didn't mean to make this a lecture and I'm not saying anything that other guys haven't posted already (thanks guys). Being a Mod is about looking out for the best interest of the forum and you recognize this. Just because we have different views on sarging women is just that, a difference; don't make it into more than what it really is.

Goddamn I love booblicious's honesty. Anyone who can outpost that damned Old Bird can't honestly have enough time out in the real world getting real experience. However I feel that he would make a great mod. Some people such as myself have been involved in flame wars. We need someone here who is clear headed and francisco fits that description.

Moderators needs to be knowledgable about the topic of the board and most definatly needs to be part of the community and have a good grasp over whats going on. Not just blindly adhere to the rules.

Search the forum, I have a handful of FRs out there when there semi-major changes in my dating life. The problem with posting about your interactions with women in this forum is that a lot of people will take an experience as an absolute as to how you live your life and will become exaggerated. For example, one woman whom I posted about, dated and broken up with some people thought I was engaged to, there was nothing further from the truth.

Plus in my escapades will break rules because I tend to meet up with women who aren't the stereotypical norm (look for a thread about married women). So posting these things may confuse some of the guys who are just learning. Most of the advice I give on these things are through PM. A lot of guys in the forum realize that not all situations are cut and dry so they choose not to post some of their questions in the forum. Hey, whatever works.

Lastly, there's something about coming off as an attention wh0re when you consistently post about "me, me, me, I, I, I." We've had members like this in the past, there are some still in the forum, some have been banned (more than once) and I'm sure that there will be more in the future. I'm just not one to post a lot of "Me to" or "that's happened to me" type posts as a means of camaraderie. I believe that just being here is camaraderie enough.

If francisco does not get the job then I will start a sosuave riot.
