Ah point taken with the convenience and cost factor... I`m curious though, how`s the lifting and gym culture in the UK? Like what`s the public perception of bodybuilders, powerlifters, fitness models, etc? There are bigger guys here, just I train midday time so dont see them often.
Ive no doubt that I can lift more mate, I juust dont do the strength training - Ive been working on getting big, so tome under tension has been the focus rather than explosive power.
In a couple of weeks ill start creatine and aim at strength, we'll see some big lifts
My gym is nice and cheap -thats why im there - no sense in paying 6x as much just to be in a powerlifting gym!
Bodyfat - Ive not measured but it looks to be about the same, maybe a little more.

Are you finding any joint pain alleviation from the dbol? Theoretically holding more water should lube up your joints` articular surfaces a bit better and reduce wear and tear. Also, have you heard of tbol? Its similar to dbol, except much cleaner and milder...Perhaps consider anavar and tbol for your next cycle.
