Ive no doubt that I can lift more mate, I juust dont do the strength training - Ive been working on getting big, so tome under tension has been the focus rather than explosive power.

My gym is nice and cheap -thats why im there - no sense in paying 6x as much just to be in a powerlifting gym!

Bodyfat - Ive not measured but it looks to be about the same, maybe a little more.

Ah point taken with the convenience and cost factor... I`m curious though, how`s the lifting and gym culture in the UK? Like what`s the public perception of bodybuilders, powerlifters, fitness models, etc? Its quite popular in my neck of the woods, well because besides hockey and work, there`s nothing else to do haha!

Are you finding any joint pain alleviation from the dbol? Theoretically holding more water should lube up your joints` articular surfaces a bit better and reduce wear and tear. Also, have you heard of tbol? Its similar to dbol, except much cleaner and milder...Perhaps consider anavar and tbol for your next cycle.

Good to see you making gains though! Keep it up!

Yeah, my elbow takes longer to start aching and recovers much faster (like within an hour). Knees seem to be better too, but thats probably more to stretching properly. Shoulder still gives me shiit off and on though, but i think thats a bone on bone thing.

Yeah, I'll have a look at tbol - I wasthinking of doing ROHM labs XXX tabs 40mg tablets (10mg dbol 10mg anadrol 10mg stazolol and 10mg androgenic agent)

and of course ill look at a test base for them. :up:

winstrol is a cutting steroid, nobody uses it on a bulking stack. Plus It dries otu youur joins, and seing as I have joint problems anyway- I wont be trrying that on its own.
I would take it in the XXX tab(stanzolol) since the anadrol and d-bol in the tab would counterract the joint drying.

Please do a little research before suggesting Ideas. No broscience :)

Shoulder day.
I am now pretty sure that its a rotator thats gone on my left shoulder, will get to see a doctor as soon as I can -

might be tendonitis in my left elbow - not sure, again, ill see the doctor.

hard and heavy was the order of the day, anterior delts are still swole.

Did Standing OH press 70kg x 5 :) not bad!

Rest day tomorrow - well deserved too, since I still have DOMs from every workout this week :D

sorry bro i dont juice, all i know is i heard Roddy Piper talking about how he used winstrol back in the day and he looked superb, look how ripped he was in the movie They Live, i would love to look the way he did

sorry just re-read this bit

Its mostly the chest and bicep boys and cardiobunnys - there are real gyms and real lifters - just quite rare to see them out. I mean I get people watching me train in the gym and coming asking me stuff - like if im doing deadlifts:

"im new to deadlifts can you check my form for me?"

(apparantly my form is PERFECT by the way:up: )

Honestly since putting on the mass (the noticeable amount) I get a LOT of attention from girls on a night out they touch, grab "ooh look at his biceps!!!" :crackup:

I get random passing compliments from allsorts of people, Its like they've never seen anyone who actually LIFTS. that alone is an extra inspiration for me to train harder and keep improving call me an A/W if you want, I love the attention :D I have fellas big as me dont hit legs as hard and wont even attempt a frontsquat (that grabs their attention too) "is it better?" "is it harder?"

I'm almost 6'4" and 220Lb 13%body Fat, I eat like a caveman and lift like hercules! (AHNULD - YEEEAAAHHH)

Gotcha... haha.. I remember when I felt like that many years ago.

Have you thought about stripping? I did it for 3.5 years and man the stories I have for you! Its great money too and A LOT of fun. You`re a good looking guy with a natural ability to stay lean. You`re tall with good shape... Why not make money off it?

I did it part time and averaged 10-12 k a year cash. Great side income for a job that`s super fun. Plus it gives you something to train for.

Think about it man.

haha I could do that, I guess - just went out on town and got a looot of attention. Ignored it mostly, i couldnt be bothered to waste my evening chatting to bar sluts.

didnt take any dbol today- because i was going out on the beers and didnt particularly feel like risking shiitting out my liver :)

one day off may mess with the blood levels, but it sure aint the be- all and end- all of the cycle.

Also missed back day today - was so busy and then too tired and then pissed up. :D

Dont! I feel bad enough as it is! back day is my favorite!:cry:

Believe me - I had every intention to tear it up, but shiit just didnt go my way. I'm all over it though, skipping one workout wont lose you your gains just like doing one workout wonk give you any gainzzz ;)

Did some rows and some toes to bar and some pullups, didnt really have the drive to continue cos of my hangover and having had nothing to eat yet but for me, the double dip on 1rm made the workout . and I still got enough of a pump from the extra bits :)

Yeah stigg - lots of hard work goes in to this, good feeling though, euphoric, even :)

Naw stort - I dont use wraps or belts.

Liquid chalk, and thats it. I figure, that if my core isn't strong enough, it will need to be strengthened - using a belt is cheating IMO - its just ignoring the fact that overall - you arent actually strong enough to lift the weight you're trying to get up.

Find the weakness and make it strong, dont tie it up because it wont help it.

HUUUGE weight I can forgive the belt on, because its a safety precaution rather than a lifehack :)




There - Ive expressed an opinion on the internet, now all i gotta do is sit back and wait, and Ill get a fight :D

haha... I'm not using a belt yet, saw some bloke who was pretty ripped using one on 80kg was like :crackup: LIGHTWEIGHT BABAY then go over and warm up on 90kg lol. but the only reason I use straps is because of previous injuries and plates and pins from accident so I got to look after them if I want to be able to do every day tasks in the future lol.

haha I would love to see the faces on the staff and just general people if I used chalk in my gym they would spaz out and probably kick me out haha.
