I don't like gear myself but I respect what can be achieved by it. I love the misconception that as soon as you start juicing you instantly get stronger like it is some miracle drug, yet when on the juice you need to push yourself even harder to make the results worth while.

well settle down there sancho!! a quick "nohomo" after that would have been appropriate lol.

man just got back from one of the best chest / back workouts I have had in soooo long. got hella pump in the chest dat b!tch is poppin haha. if only the clubs were open tonight I would go slaying :(

hahaha, some fellas deadlifting 80kg, I came in and doulbed down on the weight right beside them :D hahaha the looks they give ;)

tried for another set on 150, but grip failed halfway up

Back up to 3 sets 12 on 100kg - First time since my elbow problem a few months back :D

Bent over row - 2 sets 90kg, added more and up to 100kg for the final set

Due to raise the weight, was on 3-5 sets of 12 on 37.5

next db size is the biggest one in the gym

Checking my nipples daily for signs of gyno. Seem to be ok so far.

I am prone to acne across back and shoulders, seems to be a little more aggravated than normal.

no better feeling warming up on someone elses max especially when they are already pretty darn muscular (I sometimes train with a powerbuilding style)
I know that feeling of maxing out the dumbbells all to well we go up to 46kg :( but the bent over barbell is quite impressive as long as you aren't swinging all over the place like these iron chumps i just want to run up to them and smash them across the head with a plate yelling FOOOOOOOOOOORM

even worse when they come over and try to give you a pointer or tip, not usually a rude person but if I have to take my headphones off for anything but being asked to spot I am going to get P!SSED OFF and on a few occasions have spazzed out at them and called them every name under the sun.

targets hit there last week, surpassed even. SO time to add more fvcking weight ladies :D

I was a little worried I might not get the weight today as had muscle pains in the middle of my chest, but I hit that shiit good:)

60kg - boredom, just to warmup and get that pump ready for the real bench :)

Still have DOMS from last leg day on calves and quads, but we will tear them up some more tomorrow :)

phew!- getting sore as fuuck here, puked a little into the bak of my mouth but swallowed it back down:nervous: :crackup:

Lunges:crackup: hilarious - gymbuddy grabbed a 30lb bar - I just laughed at him and told him"get a real weight - size you are I would think you could train hard!" (he's bigger than me muscle size wise)

I grabbed the 110lB and he looked horrified

so 3 sets later, he's suffering and I'm laid out, head spinning almost passed out. Goddamn dunno where the inspiration came for the 3rd set - cos I was spent after the 2nd!

Calves
seated smashed out a few sets, then started dropsetting - ouch, you all know that calf burn feeling - its hard man!
Standing calves went a little tamer, just 3 sets of 12.

then some stretches and limped out. Still not fully recovered! My post workout meal wouldve fed a family of 4!

Calves, glute and hams are the sore parts today.

So shoulders and arms, plenty of strength here today buddy was on the bench so I did a few sets inbetween spotting him.

STRONG on the bench - 10 x 100kg 4 x 120kg then 6 x 100kg, loved it!

Not sure if its just me, but I'm pretty sure the d-bol is starting to take effect. I definitely feel the strength gains starting and i think size is coming - even if it is just a bit of bloat :)
AAAAND the scales tell me I'm 4lb heavier, I just ate, which would account for maybe 1lb of that, weight goes up and down by about a kilo or so day to day - hard to say this early if its real mass or not.

EDITffvcking shoulder killing be after last weeks pinch - I can do most things, but fvcking hell I'm gonna have to change up shoulder routine.

No more OH push from behind head till that heals - goddammit I thought it was ok.


aand time for some evening cardio. Zumba time - Judge me all you like boys but theres me, my mate and 15 hot chicks. Im at the back of this class for real!:D

EDIT 2: So there was only haf a dozen chicks. And I was at the front. Oh well, got them bvtches 'mirin my tidy white booty for real. I know they loved that! ;)

Rest day and knee pain is back. Just above the paella. I think I've been hitting legs too hard. I was just so happy I could train properly again. Right. Pushing for new maximum on legs will have to wait a bit. Still. Back day tomorrow:D.

Back Day

Hard and Heavy!

Deadlifts
100kg x 5
140kg x 8 (rep pr, grip failed)
160kg x 3(REP PR*****)grip again
170kg x 1 (yeeeaaahhh hit pr like a boss - locked out so much easier than the ast time I did it!)


since I hit my pr, I added 2.5kg and went for a new one!:D :up:
got it all the way up, but grip failed just before hyperextension(lean back)
so I counted It as a fail:cry:
Wouldve made it if it wasnt for hitting 170 already :) but still happy

held off for a minute and tried again, got only halfwy up this time. oh well, theres always next week.

NOTE: I only used 20kg plates - this makes it a little harder since the 25kg plates I usually stack on first lift the bar a good inch and a half higher so todays efforts are definitely a thing that I'm proud of.

Did weighted pullups between sets - only 25kg sets of 6, but enough to stretch out ;)

Just weighed myself, once again after food, and after having a shiit so trying to recreate the same situation (control the variables) as last weigh in. 99.5kg - 219.25lb weight is getting on too, it seems - I dont see it but a couple people I dont see often mentioned I look bigger this week.:D

I use liquid chalk/dry hands, helps out alot especially when the temperature is a bit warm.

Nice workout, congrats on the deadlift PR.
