Seriously, I know some cops are a-holes and power hungry but too many people (and alot on this board) take them for granted.

A cop could of saved your life one night on the highway by pulling over a drunk driver who was on a head on collision course with your car.

the cop was right 100 % . even though he was an aszhole, if you didn't have some authority or some one holding up the rules, any rob dyck and joe with a gun camera can suddenly think hes god and start recking havoc.

I got pulled over for doing 85, in a 60 the cop came up to me PISSED and really testing me to bring out my atitude, but i was just calm and polite and let me fcck me over with the ticket. I 'll get off the ticket as soon as i can make three phone calls ....but getting smart with a cop and he could have given me like 4 tickets that night, because I was probably doing double that speed

These types of videos always make the cops look bad, but we rarely know what the "victims" did to provoke them. Personally, I think most of them deserve it. They go round intimidating people, causing trouble and giving the cop attitude and frankly they need to be put in their place!

The cop asks the guy if he's ever been in trouble before, and he says yes. So the guy is clearly a trouble maker. If it takes a lie to lock him up, then that's cool with me, just get him off the streets.

Not to say the cops are always in the right. Many of them are complete power corrupt pr1cks, but they must put up with so much sh1t in their jobs and the courts do fvck all, so I give my respect to hard a$$ cops.

Anyway, there will always be police officers and like with any other profession, there will always be bad apples. And yes, LMS...with people like you scurrying around, we just may need to establish a police state.

Cops are pist b/c their real world consists of paperwork and PC butkissing to their ensconced 70's era supervisors.

They spend more time avoiding job behavior that brings lawsuits against their jurisdictions/employers than they do "fighting" crime. COPS is a joke - and about as real as any "reality" show is when the camera's on.

Every patrol cop lives in dreaded fear of arresting the "wrong" kind of suspect and getting sued out of his career and pension.

They make up for it by nailing gullible hbs who fall for their TV stories.

Last night at my homecoming game we were going to rush the field after we won. Then like three cops came and blocked us off and was like if anybody goes on that field you're all banned from school events. Lol, he was like "this is my house!".

There's two types of cops in this world.

1. The good guys who really are in it to make the world a better place and believe in law order and justice.

2. Scumbag criminals hiding behind a badge abusing their authority whenever it suits them to get a sick twisted thrill be it merely beating someone up, sexual favors or offering to look the other way as long as the drug dealers give them a bit of their cash flow every now and then.

The movies Training Day and Serpico show the second type.
