My shortest tip ever.

I believe that a big part of becoming a natural man is to rekindle the connection you have with the earth. This will be my last post for a while since I am about to take this advice to the extreme and venture out into the wilderness.

For the next couple of months I will undertake a major lesson in survival, learning to live off the land instead of the supermarket. I am very excited about this!

If yall dont hear from me again, then I was either eaten by wolves, or became a full-on Gypsy...

Anyways, my bag is packed and my ride is here.

Take care and wish me luck!

Ah, sounds great Mister Fingers.
Have a good venture.

I'll leave you with this quote:

A warrior is always joyful because his love is unalterable and his beloved, the earth, embraces him and bestows upon him inconceivable gifts.

Man who have can survive by himself is a MAN.

I've been thinking to join guerillas instead of military police when I go to the army (mandatory in Finland). They know how to survive without barely nothing in forest in winter.

Maybe "Connect With Nature" should be "Connect With Yourself": too few people nowadays have any feel for themselves or for the amazing world going on around them.

Coincidence that we lose our nature as we move further from Nature?

Great work, I intend to do this when homework dies down, sounds like a challenge! :)

Connecting with nature/youreslf is a great idea, you see those monkeys in the zoo who have lost all their natural abilities/instrincts? We are no different, but instead of a cage, we have a little thing called society.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

In my humble opinion this is ridiculous.

eating roots and berries for the next couple of months isn't my idea of a good time.

But good luck to you - whatever floats your boat.

Lao Tzu. Daoism. Becoming one with nature. Enjoy life at it's simplicity. I myself had been thinking about our fast world, and our strive to achieve something society calls "successful life".

money?

cars?

House?

But for what? What is it all worth, when you can not stop and look around, seeing life for what it is : a magical experience. What are those wasted years of working worth, when you are enjoying yourself in a shack in front of an ocean and sun shining bright.

I wish i could go with you fingz, but college is college. ;)

What else can I say other than Bon Voyage?

I owe you for one time that you came to a thread I did and helped me find the way... I wish you the best in the spiritual journey, that by the end of it you be able to feel one with the universe...

Muchas alegrias y felicitaciones, de su eterno amigo

I am back and have reached the following conclusion..

I am a spoiled wuss!

I only lasted a couple of weeks and ended up drawing the line after the last few days were spent eating termites and berries!

BLECH! This is for the birds! I think I am more of a farmer dude than the Grizzly Adams type. I can stand cold weather and have no problem "roughing it", but I enjoy good food far too much to deprive myself!

Having said that, I am glad I took this mission. Made me see myself in a whole different light and appreciate the lifestyle I have.

Needless to say, its good to be home again and enjoy the different flavors of exotic cuisine I had missed so much. Almost forgot how much I enjoy sargin and the ladies are more plentiful here in the city! Will type up some FRs when time permits...

Thank you all for the support. Missed you guys.

It's admirable that you tried. In the city, where we are handfed our needs and then some on the retail shelves, it's hard not to take this lifestyle for granted.

Good work and great posts. I've read your earlier posts since I joined and you've been really helpful. I'm looking forward to more of your contributions!

LOL! :D You're more of a man than many of us anyway, for trying what you did. Did you brave it all by yourself? I would be impressed if you did that, as opposed to doing it with a few friends.

Hey Jake,

You are right, that would have been much more hardcore, but I was just not prepared to take that leap. Now that I know how to survive I think my next trip will be a shorter excursion on my own.

Interesting sidenote for you guys.

I feel VERY different right now. Like I will go out and sarge and it all feels kind of... empty. I am starting to realize that I am tired of bullsh!t games. I am feeling an urgency in my life I have never felt before, like I just dont have time for this crap anymore.

Wanna hear my latest field report?

Went out for coffee, saw this cute girl giving me lots of friendly eye contact, went over and introduced myself by saying it is nice to see a friendly face for a change (cuz people can be such b!tches)

We fluffed for a while and I told her that I would regret it if I didnt try to at least "pick her up" before she went to work. She blushed. I gave her my number (I never used to do this) and told her if she wants to get together to give me a call. Guess I just cant be bothered calling anyone anymore.

She called two days later. We met. Had dinner and went to her house. End of story.

No negs. No calculated kino moves. No nothing. Direct, simple and time-efficient. Just noticing she had interest and having the balls to sieze the opportunity was all it took.

I cant believe how simple things are when you really dont give a damn. Makes me feel like a loser for writing such a complex manual of seduction.

On that note, I want to apologize to all you guys who are trapped in a prison of theory. I promoted all this stuff and it just makes me sick. All the acronyms and strategies. Sure, the guide is not completely worthless and some of you may have benefitted, but I realize now that I made things far too complicated.

I know this all sounds pretty crazy, but like I said.. everything has changed.

So much more to say on this matter, but I will save it for another post...
