what do you eat exactly in a day, describe the food not the calories, personally id rather counter-reference that myself to find the calories you are eating, except packaged stuff u can list calories for that, like it says on pacakges of ham or sometimes chicken.
when do u eat it,
give up to the minute details on your workout nutrition
ie "i drink a shake 20 minutes into my workout and another right after"
or "i eat oatmeal 30-20 minutes before my workout then i sip on a gatorade mix of about scoops of the powdered gatorade, and finish off my workout with a shake (this brand of protein, and this is the amount of protein carbs etc)"
tell us about off days.
do you follow your eating habits to a t, or do u mis 6 hours of eating somtimes?
etc.....
