I know it's tough for the ego to stomach, but try not to over think these things. If a woman is really into to you, minor offenses like errors in tone, body language, insufficient kino (or even too much kino) don't matter... At least not to the point where a woman would completely disregard or ignore you. Flakes will be flakes.

As a previous poster stated, perhaps you should place more emphasis on leaving a strong impression during the initial meeting and number close. If they still flake, they've probably done you a favor.

Keep up the eye contact that is great. The big question though is she looking at you like she wants to fµck you?

If she is giving you that lustful look you have already won. I'd start off touching the shoulders or arms first. She how she responds to that before going in for a peck. You can get away with a lot when they are really feeling you, but what you go for should be proportional to her interest level. Get her number and setup a date right then and there, and if you both have the time invite her to hangout with you that afternoon.

Remember to have FUN and be playful in these interactions regardless of her interest level. You want to make her FEEL a positive vibe from you whether that's through humor, touch, or whatever because this puts her at ease and generates the necessary rapport. You should feel this vibe too because if she FEELS it and you FEEL it then there is chemistry.
