Real beef is proper beef, not corned beef.. any cut of beef, ground beef, any type of steak..

I think you can get 96% lean beef, that'd be super lean steak if you're in the UK.

Dunno about delis, ask 'em.

Alex explained the fast food thing really well.

I know a lot of people trying to put on muscle and there scared of adding a little body fat.

You need CALORIES to grow and fast food is an easy way to get a lot of them, like alex said you have to experiment and see how much your body can handle this, 2-3 times a week shouldn't be a big deal.

And cardio, carb cutoffs, green tea will take care of fat

Weight: 175 and some change


Today = back day

Chinups: I did the one lift a day thing again

so I did seven sets of 5 chinups with varying weights either helping me lift myself up The least weight I had was 60 pounds, the most was the first at 80 pounds.

End of week 2

Ive been taking peoples advice and eating more beef. I think that might be helping. But im definitely gaining weight.

hmm chinups isnt such a great exercise for the whole back.

I just forgot I named the files wrong.

I would do deads but I dont really know how, I can read off the internet but Im scared of doing them wrong. I guess I'll find someone who knows more about lifting than I do to show me the form.
