All right, today I think I ate a lot more like I was supposed to
Breakfast:
4 egg omelette with ham and veggies in it.
GOOD
Next meal:
Corned beef sandwich on wheat bread, about 1/3 pound of beef
CORNED BEEF IS ****E, TOO MUCH FAT AND NOT ENOUGH PROTEIN
Pre workout meal:
2 potatoes and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
WHERE'S THE PROTEIN? I'D GO FOR LOWER GI CARBS BUT IF THIS WORKS FOR YOU FINE
Immediately after:
three scoops of whey with water
NEED SIMPLE CARBS HERE, E.G. DEXTROSE, GATORADE, FRUIT
Next meal:
Pasta with chicken (about 1 1/2 chicken breast)
NOT BAD
Next meal:
Another Corned beef sandwich, 1/3 pound of beef
SEE ABOVE RE CORNED BEEF, CARBS TOO CLOSE TO BED?
before bed (what im drinking now):
3 scoops whey with skim milk
NICE
Supplements: Glutamine, Multi Vitamin, Vitamin C
DITCH THE GLUTAMINE (AND MAYBE VIT C TOO), YOU DON'T NEED IT YET, BUY REAL BEEF
As for Burger King, I think it's a good idea. Growing good amounts lean muscle doesn't mean necessarily eating clean all the time. How often you can make junk food a meal is down to your metabolism, but I can have 2-3 double cheeseburgers and ice cream from McD's a couple of times a week and have no negative effects on bodyfat levels .. it's your job to keep your metabolism stoked, and use carb cutoffs and do cardio as necessary to keep lean.
It's my firm opinion that to build up serious muscle then chicken and tuna won't cut it, you need red meat, whole eggs, plenty of fats, junk food occasionally, you really need to pump the calories. Since you're looking to grow then you've nothing to lose and so much to gain (literally).
Remember, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. You'll find out how much junk you can have without getting fat, how much cardio you need etc, on this journey for size and strength, and once you've found your particulars that knowledge is for life.
Don't be afraid to eat, and then eat some more. The thing is to monitor constantly so you know when you're overstepping your mark.
