Actually, weightlifting should eventually be comfortable. Being strong makes doing lesser things more comfortable.
Momentary discomfort for long-term comfort. This is in movement alone. You also have social comfort and health-comfort from the appearance and lower body-fat and knowledge of your greater strength to move the world.
Also, feeling either higher plateaus of tension or of fatigue each have their own associated psychophysiological comforts... more like thrills I guess, associated with them.
If you're always uncomfortable weightlifting, always feeling pain, always feeling sore, then something is wrong, and you need to change what you're doing.
Health is the #1 goal in weightlifting, not looks guys. If looks are your priority, reevaluate your life.
